We held our sons 4th Birthday Party at the Play Shed today and we had a great time. The staff were kind and helpful, the children all had a lovely time and it just felt so easy and stress free!! The food was great and more than enough, and it made for a fab morning. Thank you again for everything.

We held our daughters 6th birthday party here today. We had a wonderful time the staff were polite & extremely helpful. Children enjoyed themselves & the place was clean & tidy. Perfect thank you

We had our daughters fourth birthday party here on Friday evening. We had it as an exclusive party, so it was just our daughters party in - which was lovely.

This was the first party we've done for her, we thought we'd come here as everything's done for you and the prices are fantastic with all that considered. We also bring our daughter here regularly as it's her favourite soft play area around here.

The night was fantastic. The children loved it - there were a couple of families who came that hadn't been before and said how good they thought it was.

The staff were very helpful, asking when we wanted things bringing out and how it's been done at previous parties. They also bought out the birthday cake to sing happy birthday to and cut it up and put in the party bags for me - I was so thankful for that as I hate cutting up cakes.

The party room where the children had the food looked good. Party hats on the table and streamers and bunting.

The food was lovely - selection of sandwiches, crisps, cocktail sausages, chicken nuggets and paid extra for bowls of chips and then followed by a selection of cakes. All food came on platters so the children could help theirselves and jugs of squash.

Our daughter also got a free return pass card that we can use within 6 months - thought that was a nice touch and will be much appreciated.



All in all we came away with such a positive experience and would definitely have another party here or recommend to people.

We booked with the Play Shed for my son's 8th birthday party. The staff were all wonderfully accommodating any time we dealt with them, the food was great, the facilities clean, the party ran smoothly and the kids had a brilliant time. I can't recommend them enough.

Thank you so much for hosting a fantastic birthday party for my little girl this morning. We all had such a lovely time. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was lovely with a big selection. We are big fans of the play shed as it is, there’s lots to do and it’s always nice and clean. Big thanks to Emily, Jay, Tracey and Amber for making it so special, I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone else’s names. Xx

My kids love it although I think prices for younger ones are a bit much because wen a child just turned one it can't play much more than a jus under one and ya paying nearly full price . It needs to be £1.50 for under 2 ! And £3.50 for over 2 because that's when they truly start playing! Other wise it's fun and has lots off space for parents not feel cramped up !

Just want to say thank you so much to all the staff for making Freya's 2nd Birthday party so special yesterday! We had such an amazing time and the staff couldn't do enough for us! I especially want to thank the girl who did the face painting with the pink hair (I think it was pink). Peppa was brilliant too, the kids all loved her and all arranged through you too, you certainly made my life a lot easier!! Thanks again, would reccomend the parties here to anyone, especially the exclusive ones!

Had my sons birthday party here and I only have praise for all the staff! Emily was our party host and she is AMAZING!!!!! Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent and there was more than enough- sandwiches, sausages, chicken nuggets, chunks of cheese, cucumber and carrot sticks and crisps. Followed by cakes, biscuits and chocolate washed down with unlimited juice!!! I would never even dream about doing my own party food ever again after these guys pulled all the stops out to make it the most stress free party I've ever been too! Thank you so much play shed ����

They catered for everything....I just had to turn up with cake and candles (maybe you could offer a selection of birthday cakes for extra). One of our guests had not been before and said its one of the best she's visited as it's totally secure and you can see your child from your seat almost constantly, wherever they go. Would thoroughly recommend.

Came today with my two year old son , can't fault the place, very clean and tidy, friendly staff, lots of areas to play in. They were more than accommodating for my son who has allergies and had a very easy to read allergy information. Highly recommend, definitely best soft play ! Just wish it was closer for us :)

Brilliant play area the only thing i would suggest is to have some sort of safety barrier or stair gate on the main stairs to go upstairs as my 1 year old went up them and she moves dead fast. Other then that brilliant

The food is good for a Wacky, staff are always friendly

My only criticism is they need to police the bike area or buy more because my child wastes so much time waiting for bikes and the only arguments they have ever had is in the biking area, it needs policing or a segregated queuing area or something.

Lovely play area and friendly staff but paid one pound extra for chips and got about 10 an my little girl had wrong thing brought to us and then food was dry..only downfall was a shame... xx

Friendly staff and a good range for my grandson to explore. The food is fairly priced and nice. The only slight concern I have are that the electrical sockets are within easy reach of little ones and as our mischievous little fella likes to explore they can become a constant source of fascination.

Really nice and clean with good quality play equipment. Only criticism is that compared to many other soft play centres the actual play area is small. My 4 year old grandson said he enjoyed it but after a while got s bit bored. Food is good quality and wide choice available.

We arrived at about 4 ish after school and it was busy but not too bad so we went in and after finally finding a table as most empty tables were reseved people started arriving for what look liked more than one party as there was alot of people waiting to come in and then it just turned into chaos. My 6 year old attempted to go and play but he came back down and said it was just carnage in there! There was other peoples kids climbing all over my husbands chair and it was just manic. I really do think it might of been an idea to pre warn people like ourselves who were arriving just before the parties, that it was likely to get busy as we had two very upset boys after having to leave so quickly :-(.

It also might be an idea to train your staff up on the deals you have advertised at the moment, as when I asked for the meal deal offer the girl just looked at me as if I was speaking a different language or something!

We will not be returning anytime soon I'm afraid :-(

I've been to the playshed many times as my daughter likes it and decided to have a joint 1st birthday party here, as an exclusive event on a Saturday. The staff did help us setup, which was useful as we only had a small time scale of when we were allowed in after the normal opening hours, before the party started.I was informed that they could cater for all ages but was very disappointed in the end.



The guest names that I e-mailed to allow the kids entrance had started to be written down on my arrival but I had to provide the list again, to make sure all the kids could sign in,



The tables were set up for the kids to sit at chairs, most of the guests still use highchairs and so were unable to use the chairs, there was enough highchairs to place around the tables but there was only 2 setup in the corner, the rest were dotted around the playshed as normal.



The food chicken nuggets, sausages, sandwiches, BBQ Sauce, cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, crisps and assortment of cakes, oreos and party ring biscuits, did not seem to suit the 1 year old age range, and the amount of food we got, (seeing as the price is £9.50 per child, the same cost no matter what age of kids), was not enough. We did take about half the food home with us as most of the kids ate very little, as it was not really suitable. When booking we did get the choice of some food but the choices were not really suitable, so we picked the best options from the choices.



We hadn't finished eating the food before they started to clear it away and then they started clearing up before we were due to leave, making us all feel very unwanted and in the way as they sectioned off the party area to clean.

I've been to many play places with my 3 children oldest 13 youngest 3. Frankie being the youngest enjoyed it there although not much to keep him entertained for long. The play area feels empty! Not very much to do. He was happy enough. It's the food that really took the biscuit £3.75 or £3.95 for a children's meal. As I said I've been to many play places and this is the most I've ever paid for food for such small portions. I took some pictures of my sons meal I was so shocked.
