tried the carvery today and got to say i really enjoyed it, New people seem nice they are very welcoming

Well been in the Queensway today we see who is the brains of the operation Dan none stop running round looking and entertaining the customers. Must say its a pleasure to have such an hard working guy in the place putting he's heart n soul into a great establishment. Johnny he's good behind the bar nice bloke tries hard but got a great manager behind him. Long live the Queensway keep it going lads well done Dan and you Johnny xxxxx

The review below is a tad biased...although Dan is marvellous Chris Jones is his lover so will obviously big him up. Jonathon is definitely the true boss and Dan jumps to his every word. Cracking pub!

New owners great very accommodating...function room.and beer garden great and would recommend. Has changed so much well worth a visit.

New owners are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. Held my moms wake there today, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, very welcoming, everything ran smoothly, thank you so much for ur hard work on which was a very emotional stressful day for all the family x

Lovely welcome when you walk in, friendly staff very welcoming went for Sunday lunch and it was great

Lovely place to hang out and great atmosphere. Pub is nice and clean. Jonathan is super friendly and always has a smile on his face for the customers.

Had my sons christening here Sunday - Dan & Jon helped me out massively due to another venue messing us around last minute they completely saved the day! I must admit I was a little apprehensive having it here due to its previous reputation. However, I cannot fault the place it was so clean inside and outside the beer garden was tidy and great for kids, great variety of drinks. The boys could have not been any more accommodating to us from start to finish. The lady who worked behind the bar I think her name was Kaz she was fantastic and worked so hard to make sure everyone had drinks. My previous expectations of this place have totally changed and I couldn’t recommend the place enough especially for functions. It was the perfect day! Thank you both again!!! �

Had 2 parties at this venue 7th & 90th my niece & nans birthday party had fabulous time bar staff extremely helpful & friendly especially Jonathan and kaz and dan love these guys & to dj Ric James for making it extra special ���
