With the 6th Shri Guru Hargobind Singh Mharaj Jee’s blessing our head quarters preparing the food parcels to be handed out to the vulnerable and poor.

Our team was out tonight with the humbling work that @outreach4wolverhmpton are doing helping the homeless with warm food and hot drinks. Many thanks to Snacks and spices Mr Sharma for donating freshly made samosas and pakoras every week for the homeless feeds. Also the the Sidhu family who did this feed in the memory of Late Pritam Kaur 🙏🏼

Many thanks to the large donations from our members with shops. The donations were received by the homeless who are always humbled by the hand outs and warm food donations. Also a big thank you to Nikki Jones and The Dhaliwal family for your donations over the last few weekends. Some of our members that come from further a field and get involved with the preparation and handing out the freshly made meal, your hard work is much appreciated.

The weather was on our side last Sunday and the tree planting went well. Over 400 trees were planted at Fowler’s Park near our Sant Ashram. Many thanks to the organisers and volunteers from near and far great to see the community getting together.

It’s been a busy few weeks at the Sant Ashram Wolverhampton U.K with generous donations coming in of blankets, sleeping bags, hats, gloves, socks and hygiene bags. Volunteers have been quick in sorting and making the winter survival packs up. Some of these have been getting donated out on the streets of Wolverhmpton, Walsall, West Bromich and Wednesbury. Many thanks for all of the donations and the huge donations coming from some of the shop owners that have contributed generously. The weekly feeds have been going well with new members getting involved too keep up the good work everyone.

Our President over seeing the free eye and medical camp held yesterday at our Headquarters at Lopon. Many free camps are organised throughout the year at the charity’s Sant Ashrams in India.

Wishing Simranpal all the best in her new role at our Headquarters in India. She will be taking a year away from her teaching job here in the UK and teaching in our college at Sant Darbara Singh College of Education for Women, Lopon-Moga. Simranpal has a great relationship with our children at the Sant Ashram Wolverhampton U.K and will be missed throughout the year.

It’s been A Great experience working with Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity and seeing for first hand the hard work that’s been put in. Well done to everyone involved and we are looking forward to future projects.
