The Vanilla Velvet Cakery Description
No obligation consultations are welcome, I will happily give my time to discuss and design ideas with you. All the photos on my page are of my own work and references can be provided.
Quotations available upon request, we quote each cake individually as the cost depends on the filling and design of each cake. Wedding cakes are on the same pricing structure as birthday cakes, we follow a fair pricing policy and we are happy to work with you with your budget.
Fully insured. Member of the british sugarcraft guild and of Paul Bradford's school of sugarcaft to enable me to keep up to date with the latest techniques.
Order book open for orders from December 2013 and we are taking pre-orders for 2014.

Well it's come with great difficulty and a lot of soul searching but I've decided to close The Vanilla Velvet Cakery. Since my house move life has been chaos and my current kitchen is far too small to make beautiful creations on a large scale. I want to thank you all for your custom.
However please don't unlike this page as I will still be sharing creations that I make for friends and family, 2 will be appearing on the page this week alone.
And eventually I do hope to re...-open in the future.

So I asked the child what cake he wanted for his 14th birthday, he surprised me by saying he didn't want a birthday cake..... no instead he wanted a afternoon tea with lots of different cakes 🙈 so here we have lemon cake, carrot cake, red velvet, Victoria sponge cupcakes and a chocolate caramel cake. All ready to be served for his afternoon tea tomorrow. We also have banana bread, and 2 quiches to add to this. It's been a very busy day 😴😴

Michelle made my daughters 16th birthday cake and it was outstanding had so many compliments and it just added that special touch that really made her birthday. She is now making my sons halloween/football cake and I cant wait!! Michelles cakes are delicious and she always manages to make it just perfect! A very talented lady.

Many of Michelle's delights were served at our charity coffee morning. She helped us raise over £1000 for st Giles Walsall hospice.

Hi, just a big thank you for my little girls mermaid cake :D she loved it and so did everybody else. The xmas cakes were brill too and everybody said how well made and professional they were ohh and they tasted great. Had my birthday cake from michelle a white chocolate and strawberry sponge! Was the nicest cake iv ever had. Michelle decorated it beautifully and I loved it. Highly recommend to others! Will be ordering again for more celebration cakes!!!
