On Friday I attended our annual meeting and awards event. I was so proud to receive the Flying Start award by PIA Financial Solutions for the fastest growing broker in the company nationwide.
I came in as the underdog trying to build my client base from scratch, but with good introducer relationships and more importantly my clients that have been happy with my work referring me to their friend and family I have experienced this rapid growth.

Who doesn’t love Homes under the hammer? A great show but have you ever wondered how the auction process works? How do they get a mortgage to complete within 28 days when a normal mortgage can take 5-8 weeks? Not everyone’s a cash buyer.

The start of something exciting...news to follow.

Theo was fantastic in dealing with our new house purchase from start to finish. He gave us the time to make sure we understood all of our purchasing options which was a breath of fresh air. After dealing with another mortgage advisor previously who really made us feel pressured and rushed constantly, it was comfortable having Theo acting on our behalf.
