Tilly And Flo Description
All children are special and individual so the things they wear should be special and individual too.
I aim to create 'fancy dress' which builds on a child's own imagination and encourages that imagination to fly.
I also make individual everyday clothing and accessories, all children should be encouraged to be themselves and my items do just that.
Sometimes I come across fabric or a concept which appeals to me as a Mum so I like to share that with you too, keep an eye on my page and I will bring these things to you every now and then! !
