just turned up on the night was welcomed and seated quickly .

had carvery which was excellent hot meal ,,carver of the meats was a very good ambassador for the pub really helpful and polite serving staff also very polite

Worth every penny for the Horseradish gravy :-)

Stopped off for breakfast on the way home to Nottingham. Brilliant place, food great and fantastic choice. Highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely meal there today with my family on our way home to Warwickshire. Good food (carvery) and decent selection of beers. Staff very friendy and helpful (specially.Lisa). Will definitely call again.

We went yesterday was packed luckily we reserved our table It badly needs refurbishing staff were good it was just too crowded there were long queues for the food ridiculous we waited 15 minutes to get served even when the queues were down They didn't give us much meat which was the only thing I could fault really stingey especially when I chose just turkey when other people had four meats which I only like turkey so thought I would of had more than 1 slice very disappointed will not be going again the Walsall carvery is so much better and cleaner and more organised will definitely be going there in future

I was really looking forward to going back to this place as previously had a lovely meal. I went with two other friends on arrival we stuck to the floor! The food was dry and no choice of veg, very poor. The pub had no atmosphere and by 9.45pm was empty! All we could hear was noise from the kitchen. The pub needs decorating as very run down, it also needs to sort out the flies as they were all over the food! Not a great place, very disappointed �.

I went here with my two best friends two weeks ago and it was awful. There was flies all around the food, food was dry, cremated and sloppy. Our feet stuck to the floor and we had to leave most of it. No staff around to speak too or check on us. Very disappointed.

Don’t know what happened last Saturday my daughter wanted to take my husband for Father’s Day (day early) the bacon was undercooked it was like slop there was no bread no eggs mushrooms were undercooked when we got there everything was empty so I presume the food was rushed. There was no tomatoes I asked for more the lady said there is some there all that was in there was the juice off them. Usually it’s ok but after last week we won’t be visiting again
