Very prompt and personal approach to insurance. You really feel like they are there to help you out. Really helped my when I broke my leg. Being self employed this was a no brainer and if you like dangerous sports and you don't have insurance then you will regret it of the unforeseeable happens!

Used totally sports for near 2 years now and have (unfortunately) used it 3 times due to injury.

Service is very professional, great support and contact from start to finish of claim.

Always on the end of the phone, happy to help, and ring regularly to see how I am getting on with a claim and my health. Personally deal with Debbie, and cannot fault her at all, very helpful individual.

Phoned to update policy this year for my twins who are now 18 .so needed policies in there own names .Ben Anderson kindly phoned me back quickly went over New policies with the boys .

Cheaper than last year .gave them life cover and critical illness as well as fracture cover .

Last year I was on family policy practically as a freebie lol as boys under 18 so can’t fault company .

Obviously we can’t comment on claims as luckily we haven’t needed to in last year .

All I can say is at point of sale a comprehensive policy that appears to cover loads scenarios highly recommend





Phoned today spoke to Ben who went over policy options for my twins .There into airsoft big time .

Ben didn't do hard sell on biggest policy option instead gave me option I could afford .

Was very impressed highly recommend fantastic friendly service .

Phoned to renew a policy this year .spoke to Ben Anderson who gave a friendly polite service .Ben explained as I am now 18 I was to take a policy out in my own right and come of the family policy .

Must admit as new to all this ( mum dealt with previous purchases ) bit daunting

But Ben explained everything in detail ,stopping to ask if I understood or had questions !

Am now insured in case I die ! Have critical illness and fracture cover for a very small amount every month .

I've been with these for a while now and never really thought about it until I got injured in rugby , which led to me having to take 6 weeks off work, thankfully the guys in the office made it a lot less stressful as they were professional, friendly and understanding, if I didn't have the insurance I would of been quite frankly F***ed, I would and have recommend them to almost every person I play sports with, thank guys for all the help when I needed it

Honestly don’t know what I would have done without these guys! Broke my wrist really badly in October and had to have 2 separate operations. Received a lump sum of £900 for my fracture benefit so fast and then my monthly payments whilst I’m off work. So quick and easy and couldn’t fault a single thing. Such a nice bunch of people, helped me sort it all out and give me courtesy calls to see how I’m doing! Even if the policy was half the price somewhere else I’d still choose these guys and couldn’t thank them enough specially a guy called Sam he’s been an absolute diamond.

Got 'the fear' from a fellow RFU players injuries in training, so decided for piece of mind on getting insurance. Smartest decision I've made, and whilst it's unfortunate I've had to claim, I'm fortunate to have been with TSI.



Really pleased, these guys went above and beyond when I needed a little help with the underwriters. Turned out to be a human error on there side, but Debbie kept me up to date every step of the way and called to check I was ok and that everything had been sorted.

She is a credit to these guys!

Fantastic service, down to earth advisers and very helpful through what I thought might be a difficult claims process. Broke my ankle earlier in the year and relied heavily on the payout I got through Totally Sports - my family would've been in a tough spot without it as both myself and my partner are in full time employment. Would recommend these to any one who is worried about potentially injuring themselves, be it day to day, at work or playing sports. :)

I had a pretty awful leg injury I had to the claim for in May. Called TSA and organised the Claim forms. Filled my part and gave mine to the Docs.



Once returned payment was swift.



Don't be put off by Mobile Numbers (it's easier to contact if you need a change in circumstances and cover).

Back in November I suffered a broken jaw whilst playing rugby, every representative I spoke to were very friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained accurately and any required forms/paperwork was sent out promptly. Being as I qualified for payout, it was delivered to my bank within a week after all of the forms had been reviewed and finalised.



4 months on and I've suffered another freak accident of an injury during rugby, a knee dislocation. The lady I spoke to on the phone couldn't do any more to help me and she was very friendly. All round good and prompt service. �

Adam has dealing with my claim since June when I dislocated my shoulder and my wrist while also break my wrist and arm. He has been spot on all the way through keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend totally sports insurance to all my friends

i tore my mcl and ruptured my acl in my knee riding motocross, after 4 weeks of not hearing anything regarding my claim i was forced to go back to work even though i couldn't walk ( i work as a floor layer ) or do anything useful in my job. after 8 weeks my claim was no nearer to being paid out, even though working had caused the condition of my knee to deteriorate. fast forward to today. nearly 3 months later, still no hint of my claim being accepted, having complained numerous times, to numerous people, constantly chasing up things here there and everywhere, I'm still here, causing damage to my knee because i have to pay my mortgage.



i would not recommend this company to anybody, its not fit for purpose

Scam!!!!! I've broke my ankle, seven weeks already in a cast and haven't been paid a penny, I'm paying £70 for my policy for last 3 years which supposed to be "income protection" , but they decided that if my company is paying me about 60% of my usual income on sick, "insurance" doesn't have to!!! and still they taking direct debit for this even when I'm not working and they not paying, this company is disgusting.



Basically after three emails with LV, I could tell that they don't wanna pay anything, as they were asking for more and more papers (employment history from last 2 years etc.) which I would not have chance to send to them if I would be in hospital for example.



I wish I read reviews before I've signed for it, as I'm paying them for over three years now and I don't have anything at all from it.

After few phone calls I received information that, quote; "our insurance is not to make you rich" and that I can put complaint.

Dealing with my claim now, cut my wrist open in an accident causing serious damage to my wrist and fingers, completely severed 2x tendons 1x medium nerve and a muscle I was operated on last week, I’m off work now for 12 weeks receiving no sick pay. I pay £32 a month to be covered, I’ve had my policy over two years now and this will be my first claim. ive sent off my claim form to lv just hope they will pay my weekly wage without much hassle I don’t want this to be a long drawn out process! I’ve provided all the information they’ve asked for just hope all goes smooth. Been dealing with Nathan on sales and sam on claims both seem to be nice blokes and very helpful so far � will keep everyone posted on the outcome

After fracturing vertebrae in back and prolapsing discs in my neck playing rugby, my doctors have put me off work for 8 weeks minimum. Being self employed this can be difficult to be out of work for so long that why I took the policy out in the first place. I sent off all the paper work required to make a claim within the first week of the injury now almost 5 weeks after the injury occurred I still have not received a cent. And keep getting told it will be processed in the next day or 2, or passing me on to another person or being told someone will be in touch with me shortly.
