AFTERNOON TEA WEEK 2018.
Afternoon Tea Week is a celebration of one of the nation’s favourite traditions. We love the combination of savoury and sweet treats, accompanied by some of the 165 million cups of tea we drink each day in the UK.

Went to visit Father Christmas today, after reading other reviews I was very dubious but thought we'd give it a go. Not sure if it was a different man playing him or whether people are just expecting too much but he was fantastic! Didn't feel rushed and was lovely to my two kids! If I didn't know better I'd have said he was the real McCoy! He has made my 3 year olds Christmas very special! Thank you touchwood

User

Was in Solihull / Touchwood to test drive the new TESLA MODEL X amazing car and it's a really good idea to have the different car dealers at your wonderful venue... lovely place to shop and the staff at TESLA were amazing.

The shopping centre is really well thought out and a pleasure to walk round eat shop and do business. Keep up the great work at Touchwood.

User

Touchwood is a great place to shop. Especially for people who rely on wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We are restricted to main aisles in some stores and find it difficult to get around rails and displays set up in aisles.

User

Took the grandchildren over 1/2 term break, unsure what it would be like as havent been for some years but was pleasantly suprised. It was raining so all indoors, nice range of shops and places to eat and was comfortable with the fact the kids wouldnt run away as all indoors, pleasant day out for us all

User

Took my 3 year old to see santa today, well organised and excellent service, his elves were really helpful. Worth every penny, santa was great, my son loved it. Would book again .

User

This week was my first visit to Touchwood but I really enjoyed it. There is an impressive range of shops together with very pleasant coffee & eating places. Large sections are under cover but you still get outside & into the fresh air for some stores which I really liked. You certainly don't feel ' cooped up' like some shopping centres. I will certainly visit again.

User

Recently visited Santa in touchwood with my two children aged two and four. I was worried as they both understand this year and usually it's a rather rushed experience and there's no time for them to settle. This year however, the Santa was lovely, really friendly and made it easy for my children to settle and talk to him! There was no rush, it was very relaxed and Santa took the time to talk to each of my children and even proved he's real by telling them what toys they like!

User

Parking very expensive!! Lovely shopping area went into sworaski shop they were so helpful. We ate In Nando's very nice and had coffee and cake in Costa ... a lovely day out

User

User

Brilliant! John Lewis is fab. The whole layout of the centre has been well designed. Such helpful staff in every store and very friendly too!

After several visits here and comparing with the new Oxford Westgate Centre Touchwood has much more to offer. 5*

User

Awesome experience

Spoilt for choice. i was like a little kid with so many options overwhelming my decision to choose.

Great place to be. Was at Wagawama (hope i spelt that right) and had some curry and vegetables..

User

After the bad weather stopping us seeing santa we was rebooked in today. No waiting in a queue as we pre booked. Santa was great with my son and even got a present. we purchased a photo in a glass frame which was £12 which I thought was reasonable. People on here moaning about the price and don't like the idea of paying for photos. Well the photos are great quality and unfortunately my son did not wait till xmas to open his present . I can tell you now the present was great. Was not expecting something like that when only paying £5 to see santa. Overall great experience for my little chap. See you next year. Merry Christmas

User

A really lovely visit with Santa and very reasonably priced. The elves were really helpful and the pre-booking meant just a short wait.

User

Great shopping centre very clean and well presented ! Lovely shops and staff especially apple shop and prash in schuh ! Parking bit expensive compared to other shopping malls and centres we travel far and wide so can compare !

User

I can't say I liked the place that much, touchwood itself is actually small, the only good thing about it is john Lewis! All the other shops are spread around outside the actual touchwood centre. Not my cup of tea I'm afraid!!

User

Was out today with family and was told by reception desk lady that photographs are not allowed inside Touchwood Centre. Has anyone been subjected to this kind of rule?
