We would like to remind all our guests that we are very busy this time of year due to holiday and wedding season therefore we recommend booking 2/3 weeks in advance especially for weekends and evenings. We are have to take a £10 deposit for bookings and require 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. We are a small business and no shows and last minute cancellations effect the therapist and the business plus the clients that have been waiting for an appointment. If it is under 24hour notice we do take the £10 as a cancellation fee for the therapists time. We treat everyone the same so unfortunately no matter what the reason is for cancelling our system automatically takes the £10 which in some cases is very minimal compared to the price of the treatment cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
