This is an excellent practice, great atmosphere friendly staff and first class dentists. I had to have a filling and although they never very nice it went great, my dentist made me feel relaxed and explained what he was doing throughout. I left knowing id had excellent treatment

The best dental practise in the world, had a root canal filling, no pain�Chris was wonderful can't recommend too highly. Don't ever be frightened of going to the dentist if you're worried this is the practice for you.

I have been going to this surgery since I was 10yrs old. Mr Glover is my dentist and I would not want anyone else. The staff are very welcoming and the hygienists are also great. A good job done each time I visit.

I have been going to this Dental practice for over 35 years and I'm very pleased with the care I receive. Mr Glover has been my Dentist all of this time and he provides excellent dental treatment, he is reassuring and makes sure you are pain free. I can't imagine seeing anyone else however I did see Chris once when Mr Glover was away and he was also excellent. I have been attending Treetops dental surgery for the last 6yrs and have always found the staff, without exception, friendly, professional and kind. Today, however they exceeded themselves My usual dentist, Mr Koonar wasn't available for an emergency � appt so I saw his colleague Chris (sorry I don't know his full name). I was frightened of what was about to happen, like many. Chris was patient and kind, and explained everything he was going to do. He allowed me the opportunity to discuss alternative options and we decided on a course of action together. Initially a little painful as my gum was anaesthetised but was to be expected. My dental nurse had also finished for the day but stayed with me, which I feel went above and beyond (again I'm sorry I don't know her name). All in all, a very positive experience, and I can't thank your staff enough xxx

A patient at Treetops all my life, I think I’m one of the few who enjoys going to the dentist. The staff are always professional and friendly and the surgery waiting room which has seen quite a lot of changes over the years has always been comfortable and as I’m generally early I’ve spent a bit of time in there. I am lucky to have had the same dentist all these years whom I have the utmost confidence in. I moved further a field but still come back to Treetops even though I have dentists local to me. Keep up the good work!

I have been with tree tops for 40 years and Mr Williams was my dentist for most of it. When he retired I was wary as to who was going to fill his shoes but my new dentist, Christopher Burn is fantastic. Such a friendly man who puts you at ease. Mr Williams also had a knack of incorporating hygienist and check ups that synchronised really well so you were not waiting around. The 3 of us were there for 1 hour 20 mins yesterday because hygiene appointments were disorganised. It’s a good job we only have to go every 6 months

I've been a patient with Mr Glover for over 25 years and have always been happy. However more recently I have been kept waiting for over 30 minutes on each appointment! Left sitting there with no apology! Also while on holiday abroad I received 2 phone calls to rearrange my appointment. I am a private patient and have seen the notices in the surgery about charging patients who don't show! May be there should be compensation for patients too for their time being wasted. That's an hour of my life I can't get back! If you don't treat people with respect don't expect them to treat you the same!!!
