What an amazing woman, no hair dresser will touch my son due to his sensory difficulties. She wasn’t put off by his behaviour and persevered and he now has a fresh new cut ready for holiday. The shop is amazing and plenty of distractions to make the experience less traumatic and fun

We visited this morning for the first time and will definitely be going back again. From the play area to the different vehicles you can choose to have you hair cut in to the amazing team that cut your hair this salon knows what customer service is all about! Thank you so much guys for making the experience so enjoyable, you definitely have designed your salon for children!

We took our son for his first hair cut today and I was very apprehensive about It as he’s not even 1 year yet i was worried he would be screaming. However we arrived and was greeted with smiles and Stanley was made a fuss of and he sat in Optimus prime and had his hair cut like he had been going there for years. The facilities are great the atmosphere was lovely and the girls were kind and understanding I can’t rate this place enough and we will definitely be back and without a doubt recommending it to anyone.

We had the boys first hair cut package and its such a lovely package made an emotional Mum taking her baby for his first hair cut a lot less emotional.

We took Oscar here this morning for his first hair cut we’d been putting it off for weeks as he hates sitting still but We really didn’t need to worry they were great with him and he loved sitting in the train and watching peppa pig, we will be back again soon, thanks again

We came here last weekend to get my 2 year olds hair cut. They did such a great job. He doesn’t like getting his hair cut and still cried he whole way through but it was quick and we left with a really great haircut. Will definitely be coming back again.

Took our twin 2 and a half year old boys for their first hair cut. You usually can’t get them to sit still for more than three seconds, but they were very relaxed. The salon is both professional and friendly, the boys loved it so much, they didn’t want to leave. The hair cut was great, very happy with both the experience and outcome. Thank you!

Took my nearly 2 year old son here this morning for his first proper hair cut. The ladies were really friendly and put him at ease. There are lots of toys for the children to play with and cartoons for them to watch while their hair is cut. My son was very happy and didn't complain or cry while his hair was cut which I was surprised about. Will definitely come back here again. Thank you for making it a positive experience for my son.

This was my first visit and can't recommend this salon enough. After a bad experience I was dreading taking my 2 year old,but we were made to feel at ease and welcome. Even managed to get my other son's hair done as well. Lots of things to entertain the kids to take their minds off what's going on,which is great especially if they are not keen on getting their hair cut. Fantastic place,will deafinatly be going back.

Our little boy Harry had his first hair cut here today, the first cut package was great, with keeping some hair, a little Polaroid picture, a sticker, balloon and a certificate. Natasha was so good with Harry, and even helped to keep me at ease, being nervous having his first hair cut! I would definitely recommend to any parent wanting an easier experience getting their child's hair cut! We will definitely be back! Thank you again xxxx

Our first trip to the salon went so much better than we expected. Dylan hasn't enjoyed haircuts for just under a year. The last 'child friendly' salon we tried was a terrible experience.

However even on a hot, busy Saturday afternoon we achieved a hair cut without tears today at Trims & Tantrums. Dylan has said that the salon is his new hair cut place & he is ok to go back � Thankyou!

My son is a terror in the hairdressers.. and although he fought and screamed the ladies battled on and did a fab job! And really looked after him and tried to calm him.. The first time he’s ever had a proper cut and we love it!! Thankyou so much for making us all feel welcome and at ease! See you again soon x

My little monkey George who is 3 had his second hair cut here yesterday. He sat brilliant and that was thanks to tash as she made me and him feel at ease by chatting away to both of us. He especially loved the sticker and sweet at the end.��

My little boy had his first haircut at 6months old today. It was something I kept putting off for well over a month now, however trimz and tantrums cropped up and it looked the perfect place to go. Jude loved sitting in the airplane chair and had a fantastic experience whilst being relaxed and chilled. So proud of my boy. Thank you so much will be booking again soon 💕

Lovely welcoming and friendly hair salon, absolutely perfect for children, toys to play with while you wait, special chairs to choose to sit in and a choice of dvd to watch while you have your hair done! My daughter was made to feel very special and loved getting a sticker and sweet after as well! Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding in what could be quite a daunting experience for a little one.

I have tried to get my sons hair cut about 5x in the last 6 months and had to stop or not even start every time but Natasha was so professional and quick we are so happy with the results and will 100% book with her next time we are due a trim

I can't recommend this place highly enough. My 3 year old loves having his hair cut here. I used to dread taking him as he would scream the place down, but since coming here he loves it. The staff are really friendly so would definitely recommend to anyone with kids.

Have visited Trimz and Tantrumz twice now . My 1 year old, Ollie and 3 year old Charlie, love it. I know taking them both together anywhere else would be a challenge! They love to play before and after their haircuts and Ollie’s obsession with Peppa pig, since watching from his ‘James the Train’ chair has grown! :0). I really wouldn’t take them anywhere else now. It’s a lovely morning out and obviously a fabulous haircut! Thanks to Tash for making it all so easy! x

Had a great experience with the ‘my first haircut’ package today. Tash was amaaaazing with my little boy and his hair looks gorgeous! So pleased, definitely returning and over the moon to have the little keepsakes along with his haircut today. Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back!

Came with my two girls today for the first time and it was amazing, they want to come back again tomorrow!!
