massive thank you to trio for my beautiful sofa jenny was very friendly and helpful with All the measurements making sure it would fit in perfect I wanted it asap but knew I would have to wait jenny said it could take up to 7 weeks but said she would try and get it to us as quick as she could it came 3 and a half weeks later fantastic! delivery was a awkward one because of the design of house but the 2 men where very good and efficient thanks trio 5 * service

The staff were very friendly and helpful even Scottish Linda who kept my cheeky husband in check !!!

It's so nice that this store is still going after all this time giving a reliable family friendly service with products of such high standard.

So friendly, great products and great prices. Definitely the first place to go in Telford for furniture and flooring!

I was really happy with my service! My house sale was delayed by a few weeks so my stuff was held for me, then it was loaded on the van to be delivered Monday am moving day as I was due the house keys early which didn’t go to plan. I then rang up at 4.30pm to say I had my keys and they delivered with no fuss at all. I was so grateful as 3 if us would not have had anything to sleep on that night.

Had carpet for hall, stairs, and landing also front room. Fantastic carpet at a brilliant price. Fitters did a fantastic job too. From measuring to fitting fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a table and chairs in February and was told it would be 8 weeks till delivery, which was fine as we had decorating to do. After 8 weeks and with no call from Trio I called and was told we would have to wait another 4 weeks. After 2 weeks I called again and was told my furniture was there and they could deliver that week (if it was in store why had I not had a call). When the delivery arrived the chair boxes where torn and taped roughly back together with the chair legs exposed and damaged! My husband went to see them with little interest shown. The next day they delivered a 2nd set of chairs in boxes in a worse condition and damaged chairs. My husband went up the wall. They then made a 3rd delivery that afternoon. This time the chairs where individually wrapped and not boxed. The delivery man admitted he gets very embarrassed by the state of the deliveries he has to make. I would suggest that if you buy from Trio, go to the shop to pick up rather than pay delivery so you can inspect before taking from shop. Although the staff there have little interest in being helpful or offering apologies.

Dear woman at Trio Furnishings, how about not being a pushy arse hole, then behaving like we wasted YOUR time when we tell you we don't want the rubbish you tried to sell us without us asking for your help, see how that works out for you.



Dear man at Trio Furnishings, who couldn't be bothered to give me a quote on a carpet because 'thats not where we make our commission', really?! You really thought that made me feel valued as a customer? Fabulous.

Dear other woman at Trio furnishings who finally did do me a carpet quote, you didn't even say hello, didn't ask how you could help, Christ- you didn't even crack a smile! I appreciate working for such a stand up organisation has probably tainted your view of the world, but your sour face won't sell sofas, so put a smile on it.



Also, how about some room for a pram?! Seriously, I wouldn't give them money on sheer principal

Wouldn’t bother wasting your time with these! I booked in for them to come out and measure the house for new carpet they didn’t even turn up on the date I was booked in for, didn’t even have the decency to ring to say they wasn’t coming. I ring them to let them know they didn’t bother showing up and was told they will give me a call back, still no call back and that was 2 weeks ago! Bloody awful company and crappy customer services!!!

Ordered my sofa, paid deposit before Xmas. When I went and cleared balance I also brought a TV unit and a table and chairs.

Was told Table would be 4 weeks and chairs 8 weeks (ok I’m decorating so it will be fine). Day of delivery of my sofa I get a call at 4.45pm to say there has been a mistake and my sofa (last one they could of got) has been delivered to someone else and they have no idea where, what or why this has happened, so no sofa, fair enough they gave me a refund straight away.

4 weeks later, day of delivery of table, it gets delivered, wrong table nothing like what I ordered, they came and got it and told me it would be another 2 weeks to get my table to me � that day came and went no call or anything from them to explain, I finally get through and apparently the driver ran out of driving hours and got to Trio too late, was going to stay on car park the night but somehow drove back to wherever with my table (and no driving hours �) well after the manager making it up as he went and avoiding taking my calls I went in kicked off a bit and hey presto like magic my table and chairs (that still had a week left to be delivered) appeared at my door, no arrangements for delivery was made and the driver even said he has no idea how they are still going with everything that goes wrong!

Manager is up himself and There is one lady that is very patronising!!

Won’t be spending any of my money in there again!

Do yourself all a favour and just don’t go in!

Just been to look into getting my 3bed house fully carpeted had to wait 1/2 an hr then get told we had to wait for them to see to a customer who was angry cause they had to wait 15 mins not happy at all we walked out. Customer service is not good at all

Having visited the shop and purhased goods to the value of £1,400 cash, we were informed that the goods would take up to eight weeks which we were happy with, despite the fact we could go to several other reputable retailers and purchase the goods far quicker. However, having rang yesterday to enquire if they could give me some idea as to the expected delivery timescale I was disgusted with the attitude of the lady who actually sold us the goods in the first instance. My how the attitude changes once they have your money in their bank and the customer is still waiting for their goods. I take offence by being spoken to like some kind of idiot when im making a enquiry as to when I can expect my goods, not an unreasonable request by any means. Yes I appreciate we are only four weeks into the eight week timescale but the rude attitude of the lady concerned has left me disgruntled to say the least and may I suggest needs to attend the relevant customer service course to improve the customer skills she clearly lacks. Yes, I will wait the eight weeks agreed and noted the date in my diary and will expect my goods to be A1 and delivered on time. Idiot far from it.

Con merchants states leather furniture when is not . Purchased as leather and is not . 900 quid worth of furniture to be told a load of bullshit. Beware trios and there scams !

Bought 2 ex-display sofas over the phone after being sent pictures. Was very directly told they were excellent condition with one small mark (which I was sent a photo of). When the sofa’s arrived they were badly stained, dirty, zips bust and one of the legs was snapped. Having tried several times to get in contact with a manager and being fobbed off again and again I have given up. They have their money so they don’t care. Shocking way to treat a customer. Not bothered because I’m not local I assume.
