Have to say the staff are lovely and always make such a lot of effort unlike some places were you barely get a smile 😬

Excellent service and great food. We went midday and had two courses for 12 pounds, buy one, get one free on the cocktails too. Cannot wait to go back.

I’d like to see a sample menu on the cocktails a shot size sample maybe Try before you buy ? As we bought 8 yesterday but only liked 4 Other than that great place great atmosphere

I love the 2-4-1 cocktail deal.. what's not to like about that?

My only criticism is the volume of the music...i love music ... but it was so loud Friday night i had trouble hearing anything else that was said to me...

Great cocktails and the 2-4-1 offer is pretty much all day except for a couple of hours in the evening. There were 4 of us and we just stayed for drinks, between us tried 8 different cocktails all very well mixed and tasted great. Nice Caribbean feel to the place, can't wait to come back and try the food menu

Iv not given 5� due to an automatic service charge added of which isn’t stated anywhere...... this to me should be a choice whether you’d like to tip or not..... the waitress was very nice and sorted it straight away.... but other than that... i liked it �

We are a big fan, love the Manchester restaurant, Liverpool and Solihull. But sorry the Birmingham restaurant is not a patch on those. Toilets were flooded when we arrived at 5pm and still flooded at 7pm, not very nice with summer sandles. Our Rude Boy cocktail 🍸 our favourite had far to much lime, this was a shame because there the best cocktails in the world.

Food was much better than on my last visit. Service was friendly...but forgetful! So many items ordered simply never arrived. To then add a service charge when service wasn’t brilliant...hence 3 stars!

Went Sunday 4.8.18 12 noon entered Restaurant to b met with a awful smell of strong state sick. So off putting could hardly order lunch off the menu.

Didn’t help with front doors wide open creating a breeze throu Restaurant.

Food & Red stripe tasted just fab, the grilled halome to die 4. Disinfect wooden floors all over with clean fresh mop.

Didn’t visit washroom so can’t comment there.

This was my first visit. The food was not authentic. I had prawns which were raw the main dish had no flavour half ingredients was missing. Will not be going back.

The food was ok but the coleslaw was off and smelt very bad. Upon telling the manager he advised that it hadnt gone off and said he had tasted it and said it tasted fine. We were rather disappointed that he insisted it was fine making us look like twats for even suggesting it was bad. For that reason alone we won't be returning to this restaurant. That was bad customer service

Really really disappointing, I have used this one before and it was a million times better, the table was reserved and we were given it on arrival, however there was that many people in the place you couldn't move without hurting yourself or someone else, the volume of the music in there was absolutely awful, you couldn't hear yourself think let alone order food and eat comfortably, the staff member who came to take our order was lovely but she couldn't hear us and vice versa. Best part of this visit was leaving and I won't be going back to that one with it the way it was.

Welcome was good although the bar was busy (Sat night) because it was happy hour and lots were having coctails. The table area was quieter which was more comfortable. The initial service was good with smile and attention. The food arrived in reasonable time and was very tasty. The puddings were equally very good and tasty.

We tried to order a slight variation on a coctail(swapping white rum for dark rum) and to,d we couldnt do this....rubbish.

When the bill arrived, we had been charged for 2 drinks we didn’t have. Sorted but could have been easily missed and we might have overpaid.

The we noticed we had been charged for two coctails even though it was happy hour and two for one...again sorted but left us with no confidence.

As we were a table of 5 a 10% service charge was automatically added!! Why should a table of 5 be treated differently to one of 4 or less?

Food was only so so which was better than the cocktails, when I asked the waitress if my drink should of had some ginger beer in she wasn’t interested so went for a drink somewhere else

Food very average, cocktails were ok atmosphere was nice and lively and waitress was friendly but wouldn’t go again as wasn’t impressed by the food at all

We visited on a Saturday night and it was very busy which meant it was very noisy (as expected) upon seating we found ourselves on the laps of the table behind us more or less engaged in their conversation. We had to wait 30 odd minutes to receive our drinks (which the waiter then removed from the bill as he was aware it was becoming a joke) the food arrived and was basically piled on top of each plate as

The table we were given was so small, the chips were as cold as a December morning and the chicken looked like it had been blow torched. We were disappointed as we were celebrating a family birthday and the highlight of the night was walking out. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Not the best bar area, dirty glasses, being washed under a tap . Now, the food 10 of us went for, 4 was sent back . Not great at all

I was not impressed with the food which can be too hot for some customers and the cocktails, atmosphere was good but so noisy you hardly here the music playing in the background.

The waiter service was excellent!

Caribbean food doesn’t had to Hot so people can’t enjoy it 😅
