Uber drivers are about as bad as the taxi's in CT. They stop wherever they feel like, don't adhere to rules. Just had one drive in a no entry gate at a school, dropping a child while other cars are trying to go out. I wonder if they have licences.

What the hell, uber? Shouldn't you screen drivers to make sure they don't smoke in their cars?? For 50 minutes, I have been sitting in this car that is thick with the smell of cigarettes. I understand that people smoke but call they do it outside? what if I had a child with me? Jesus. My chest is hurting from this

Absolutely disgusting. Can't really drive 50 minutes with an open window when it's 3 degrees outside. And after waiting 15 minutes for him to arrive to fetch me. Your app has become terrible and inaccurate with waiting times and your quality of drivers has dropped.

We weren’t impressed with Uber last night in Coventry.

We got picked up from The Ricoh Arena back to our Hotel approx 5mls journey.

On arrival was billed £50.00 online..complained strongly and got reduced to £25.00 only to find that two other couples had had the same journeys in Black cabs for £13/ £14.00...Uber are rip off taxis..�

Waiting and waiting for a taxi that never showed up and then he cancelled... waiting for another one, same story... then waiting for a 3rd one, suddenly assigned me to another... then to another and then to another... at the end had to take a street taxi... later that night i called another one to go home and at the end was charged for 2 taxis that never showed up.

Tried to report this shit to uber but was no easy way to do it.



Uber if you read this contact me and sort it out otherwise fuck you and your shitty service...

Uber I had the worst experience with Uber at Bangalore. My PayTM wallet had Zero Balance, hence I selected Cash Payment option. I booked an Uber Taxi from my residence to Bangalore International Airport, on reaching the destination I paid INR930/= by cash to the driver and settled the trip. Now the UBER app says I have not settled payment of INR930/=. This is most Crazy, if your PayTM Wallet doesn't have a minimum balance of INR350/= Uber India never allows you to select a Car. I will never use Uber.

U guys r crooks n creeps n this is the 6th or 7th time u have overcharged me(I have 2 accounts). I WANT A REFUND for all trips now as this in intolerable n your policy of deducting from driver's account is cheap n pathetic but in 2 cases, the driver cancelled the trip without calling...

Uber has actually made a business of fooling people n in almost every trip, I get a msg once in the cab that fare may be higher than expected. Utter nonsense...

Trying to put my worse for wear friend at serious risk insisting she should be dropped last!! when she was clearly the first drop on route!!!!!??????? Then after proof that it made no sense leaving party members stranded by driving off after insisting they help their friend to the door!! The one who they had wanted to drop last... do not use uber!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one driver in particular - was talking to my friend - saw an Uber pull up was only saying to my friend how good they are & my son uses them all the time in London. When to my absolute disgust we both noticed that he had got out of his Uber & was urinating up my friends fence. We both shouted he ignored us carried on doing his business got in his taxi & drove off - no apology or anything - this is against the law & very rude to others property especially as we were not in the middle of nowhere - & there is a McDonalds up the road too !! I have more details so if anyone contacts me I will pass them over this taxi driver needs to be reprimanded if no one contacts me I will pass details on to the police !!

There ripping people of we have a lil bit of snow not worth mentioning so they charged 24 pound for a normal car to travel 1.8 miles which would be normally 5 to 6 pound can't wait for transport for London to shut them down and worst service ever cause they don't even get of there cars to help

My wife is pregnant,the driver was unprofessional and my wife insisted to avoid jerks and drive slowly , but the driver drove fast ,chose wrong route and was involved in an accident,my wife was coming back from the hospital and she has pain in her lower abdomen,the driver ran away soon after the accident,the other rider's name was mainak who saw this whole incident. Very insensitive

My 19 year old daughter was alone in Birmingham not knowing where she was , 3 Uber’s she ordered all to cancel on her (oh and you charge her £15 for the pleasure of leaving her Alone crying her eyes out scared and alone). If it wasn’t for a nice couple waiting with her and getting her an ordinary taxi and giving her a tenner to get home I dread to think what could have happened. Uber you are a disgrace and never ever again will I be using you or tell my friends or family to.

Oh and you can return the money you took off her as never turned up, how can you charge when you cancel?!? DISGUSTING

Multiple poor experiences with Uber. Most of the drivers are rude and are actually not very good/safe drivers at all! Would not recommend! They try taking longer routes to increase the fare, luckily i know my routes and tell them where to go! However some people may be taken advantage of and be taken to their destination via the longest route and not even know about it! Disgraceful.

I'm disgusted with their service I left my phone in a cab on new years eve rang driver issa within minutes of being dropped off he answered my phone promised to drop it in office which he hasn't done!! When we call him he puts phone down on us! Have repeadetely contacted uber directly they just do not respond at all. How is this allowed? Oh an apparently the office can't contact drivers as they don't have any details how is this allowed what if a serious crime happened in a cab surely there's regulations for this we may as well get in a unlicensed cab!

I used to love Uber and took their services quite often. However I realised that this company is quite greedy. If i select a destination for more than once, then they charge double. Their message would be - due to high demand the prices are high, or 1.8x fare. I would have understood if it was during peak hours but 3am? 5 am? On a Sunday afternoon? Really? Just because we take your service frequently, you take us for granted. It’s strange that the hackney cabs turned out to be cheaper then Uber!

I used Uber for the first time and NEVER AGAIN! I had ordered a taxi for my friend to the airport as I wanted to pay for her trip. The price was reasonable and it was actually the same to what I pay for a normal taxi. About a minute before she was picked up there was a notification of a "surge" (whatever that means at 4.30am on a Sunday morning). Now I couldn't open this notification to see how much it was, nor was it convenient to reschedule another form of transport as my friend could not wait and needed to catch a plane.

Funny point of this entire predicament is that another uber driver at the time, pulled up and attempted to steal to fare!! I told him he had the wrong licence plate!! Obviously there was a "Surge" where all drivers where occupied!!!

I feel ripped of, cheated and miss-lead. I have no trust whatsoever for uber and will never use this service again!! Go-Taxi at least lets you know how much it will cost with NO STRINGS ATTACHED!

Had a really bad experience recently, while visiting Atlanta, USA - the original fare was USD11.73 + USD3.00 tip. Some days later, the driver charged my credit card additional USD150.00. I don't even know how this is possible! I have reported this as fraud, and claimed money back with Uber and my bank. Will think twice about using Uber agan!!!

Driver didn’t show up and of course you can’t ring them. Tried to charge us £6 cancellation fee and cost us £60 in a lost event, of course there is no customer service number to ring!

Awful service in Birmingham last night.

Ordered Uber, found the car got to the window to confirm it was for us to be told it’s just been cancelled... we didn’t cancel it, and the driver just drove off.

Ordered a 2nd Uber taxi, found it again confirmed it was our taxi got in the car then was told to leave the taxi as he just got a cancellation through?!?! Checked Uber account to find that we had been charged £4.25 for each cancellation?!? Like how can they get away with that.

We refused to get out of the taxi as we booked that taxi to get home, we were just two girls not local and wanted to get home safely.

The guy called the police on us because we refused to get out of the taxi! Police obviously didn’t do anything as it was a civil issue and told him to sort it out himself, luckily there was a lovely off duty paramedic helping us with the situation and he sorted another taxi for us (NOT UBER)



Will never ever use Uber again, completely untrustworthy company and also there is no telephone number anywhere to make complaints

If you do then this is for you. Had a really poor experience recently. I scheduled Xl Uber to airport, in advance. Ride picked us up no issues. But when we got to airport driver dropped us off at domestic instead of international gate. So me and my family had to carry all our luggage to other end of the airport. But that’s not my main concern.



When I got my bill it was almost 30% higher than the quote. I complained but they gave me many lame excuses and in the end, did nothing. I don’t think their pricing policies are ethical or honest and the company is definitely not customer focused. So this a warning to everyone! Be careful when you take Uber rides especially to airport. Btw when we came home we took a regular cab (same size car, same destination). The fare was 30% less than what Uber charged!



Uber is no longer my go to for cab ride!
