first time back in 14 years after moving to Oz. Still one of the best Italian restaurant's we've been to. Fab meal, fab wine, nice atmosphere and not expensive. Loved it.

We were a party of 6 from Wales, staying in Worcester for NYE. We received a very warm welcome and would like to thank all the staff. Superb food enjoyed by all. Great night!

We dropped in before the theatre tonight, not having booked. The lovely lady found us a table. Absolutely wonderful food, we had a different meal. Lovely wines. Will definitely book next time. The service was superb. Well priced. A diamond of a place, would highly recommend it. Thank you

Visited for the first time last night. Excellent starters and portion sizes were great. Partner had Spaghetti alla Pollo and had to take it home because there was so much! I had the Tagliatelle alla Roma which was fantastic. Service was excellent too.



Will definitely revisit. Thanks!

Staff are so friendly and welcoming and the restaurant always lives up to it's reputation of big portions and delicious food! If you're a garlic fan I recommend their garlic bread. The Valentinos own bruschetta was my personal favourite and if you're lucky enough to go when they have their homemade Tiramisu on the desserts menu, you'd be silly not to try it!!

I would like to thank the staff at Valentinos for the service we received last night! My mum really enjoyed her surprise birthday meal! As always the food was delicious and we couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate my mum's 50th Birthday! To quote the birthday girl "She loved it"! So thank you!

I have eaten here a few times. I have always liked the food. It is very tasty. I always have lots of garlic and they are happy to provide it!

Usually have garlic mushrooms, garlic bread and pepperoni pizza

I am a regular. The food is amazing at super reasonable price with a great atmosphere. The service is impeccable and they can't do enough for you xx

Haven't been for a while so it was good to find that it is still as good and as good value as it always had been. The four of us all had pasta dishes and all were demolished with great gusto. If you haven't ever been give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed

Great sevice and great food . Staff very helpful they even did me a half size portion which was great as I can't eat much . As its all fresh they can make you want you want if you don't like a ingredient in a dish them they will leave it out. They do gluten free pasta too . Highly recommend �

Celebrated my husband's birthday last night at Valentinos and the service and food was fantastic. I love this place & will certainly be back soon. They even brought out a little cake with a candle for my husband & the whole place sang Happy Birthday. Thank you for a great evening.

Food was amazing, we had a great night staff very attentive only problem was we had a table right next to the toilet and the door was banging every 5 minutes either move the table or put some kind of stopper on the door to reduce the noise! Had no idea we were coming either table hasn't been booked even tho I had confirmation email poor communication!!

As I hadnt been for years I was anxious the food may not be good. Wrong. It was really good, hot, mostly fresh I think, attentive service and good portion size. Would recommend.

Hair in starter, warm wine, food very nice bar that. Service poor, asked for the bill. Waited 20 minutes before asking again. The man I asked continue to serve a large group. Surely they knew this group were coming so under prepared. When card machine did come was dropped by the waitress on my hand😂

I have left it until the following day to write this review because I was beyond fuming last night!

I went to Valentinos on a hen do last night with a party of around 40 of us. We were asked to pre order our food, understandably.

As a vegan along with a big list of allergies, I emailed the restaurant well in advance to see if and what I would be able to eat. Very kindly I was left a voicemail to call and speak to the chef regarding this. Each time I called I could not get through to the chef so I ended up ordering plain green salad and plain rice to be on the safe side. Not the most appealing but I was just happy to go and celebrate my friends hen do.

I clearly stated it had to be vegan and with no oil as I have allergies.

Once my rice arrived, I took one bite and realised it was covered in butter. I called the waitress over who said it also had olive oil.

If you are vegan you know the absolute heart break it feels to eat something with dairy when you spend your whole life going out of your way to live a cruelty free life. Not only this but I am allergic to dairy so have spent the whole of last night not only upset but in a lot of pain.

I completely understand with a large party, mistakes can happen. We are after all only human but I would have expected more of an apology. I was offered a fresh bowl of plain rice, but once my trust in a restaurant has gone and when you feel sick to your stomach thats the last thing I wanted!

They kindly offered to give me my food for free- cheers I don't have to pay for food I didn't eat! But still charged me for my drink! A diet coke, by the way, that I couldn't finish because it tasted like cheap Aldi 19p a bottle coke! I also had to ask three times for my drink with about a half an hour wait for it to arrive!

To put things in perspective, my friends all enjoyed their meals. Most of the staff were friendly during a busy night and the toilets were clean.

In this day and age I do believe restaurants should be more careful regarding allergies and lifestyle choices so Valentinos will never ever ever get my custom again!
