We carry out full engine reconditioning on all manner of light commercials vehicles. All work is backed by our comprehensive warranty.

We are an extremely busy and well experienced 6 man team consisting of 2 builders, 3 fitters, 1 stripper and a headsman. Together we hold near to 100 years' experience in the trade. We operate out of a large site where we can strip, prepare, machine, rebuild and fit engines in all types of vans and 4x4s.

We have a large stock of engines both built and ready to build meaning that whatever you request, it will be either ready to dispatch of can be very shortly. Even if we have to outsource from one of our local suppliers we will do so to meet your needs.

All engines that enter the workshop be it in a van or on a pallet go through the same process. The engine is firstly stripped to a bare block and every single component is inspected and cleaned to a very high standard. The cylinder head is given to the headsman where he re faces the head and also pressure tests it to assure it is ok then rebuilds the head with new valves and stem seals etc. Once the parts are cleaned and checked they are given to the builders along with the cylinder head. The builders then prepare their parts and rebuild the engine with all new pistons, rings, oil pumps, bearings and gaskets. Through our experience we know what to use and what not to use and use only the best quality gaskets, timing kits and bearings.

Every van or engine that leaves our workshop does so with a comprehensive 12 month or 12, 000 miles warranty (whichever comes first)
