He is attempting to walk up Snowdon 3 times in 12 hours (over 20 miles)

Iv been going kickboxing now with Verve for many years with my children and cant recommend it highly enough, its great for getting fit or learning self defence and has Great instructors who run very family friendly classes...

I've been training with verve for a few years now and in those few years I've achieved so much!! Great instructors, great fitness, and self defence. I highly recommend it for anyone who's interested in bringing there kids or want to train thereselves or even train with your kids ( because I do)

I have 2 children who are currently training with verve, both of them look forward to going. We use Droitwich Verve as it's in the town. The instructors mr Trevitt and Miss Swift and all the other helpers are so patient and attentive to each child's needs it feels like a big family. Thanks for everything you do for Jessica and Jenson

I had my third kickboxing session tonight and still absolutely loving it, not only do you ache instantly (which is brilliant because it means it is working) but you feel a sense of achievement at the end of the class. Mr Trevitt and Miss Swift are both very professional and welcoming. I was made to feel at ease by Miss Swift who explained about the class and then gave me a welcome pack with further information etc. I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking to change their lifestyle.
