popped in today to be nosey as now under new management... lovely friendly welcome decided to stay for food had steak and was cooked beautifully no complaints ... much better service and atmosphere... good luck guys x

Visited the viaduct tavern recently and can honestly say that Paula and the staff are doing an amazing job, Paula is turning this establishment into what it should be (safe) Well done Paula.

New landlady is superb pub is busy staff are happy and food is excellent

Lovely family pub, nice atmosphere, pleasant staff and homely food!

Love love love this pub now. Paula and Paul have turned it around, and made everyone welcome. Xx

Good to see pub being put to good use. After 2 years of visiting a sub standard marstons, Paula and her team seem to have it under control. Very enjoyable Day had by my fiancé and I. Food put on as a compliment (even seeing villa lose) friendly and attentive staff, well worth a visit

Fantastic meal today at the Viaduct, service was outstanding and a great friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Was advised to try by friends due to change in management and so glad I did.

Beautiful food yesterday, Joe who served us was polite and friendly, food was brought to us quick and fresh, lunch club menu is well worth the money

Attended a first birthday party today with bouncy castles ball bits animals soft play area lots of food cakes sweets popcorn candy floss tiptops the list goes on and to top everything off it was all free massive thankyou my little boy really enjoyed his self today ��

We've always had really good service and good value for money meals here. I came with my son for lunch yesterday at 12.49 and placed an order for a childrens meal and a light lunch. I was told upon placing the order that there would be a 20 minute wait. That was ok. 55 mins later I spoke to a gentleman at the bar who enquired at the kitchen and informed me that our food was being plated up. When my toastie arrived it was like a brick. Hardly any filling and rock hard like it had been cooked a while. I did complain and got it changed but the second one wasnt much better tbh. We then had to wait about 20 mins for my sons pudding to arrive and altho I had asked for cream it came with icecream. What we wanted was a quick lunch as my son is autistic and doesnt wait well. What we actually got was a lot longer for a disappointing meal. Sorry.

Beer was good and the place is clean. I ordered a burnt ends pizza pie with chips and salad. The pie was overcooked and rock hard. But the rest of the food was OK. I'd only use this establishment for the beer in future.

Really bad service 2 bar staff, one collecting glasses but when there are about 3 people waiting at the bar thought she may have served us!!! The other bar maid was too busy having a laugh in the bar, took her time to serve us!!!!! Won't be visiting anytime soon!

Went to visit the viaduct yesterday food was disgusting you could tell the pie was microwaved the gravy stuck to it and pie was rock hard chips were disgusting and onion rings were greasy then I was told there was no toilet roll left how disgusting how can a pun run out of toilet roll let alone food what are people ment to wipe there selfes on the pub is really going down hill SACK THE CHEF !!!

Ordered food, waited 20 mins to be told they had run out of what I ordered, yesterday.



Update. Requested a refund on the day, still haven’t received it. It’s one thing providing a poor service, it’s another stealing people’s money.



I’ve emailed the chain nothing other than an automated reply.

Ordered food then to be told they have ran out of beef burgers I mean how the hell do they do that now I’ve got to eat chicken with butter milk chicken way to much chicken if you ask me :( ��

No beer no crisps no peanuts microwaved Sunday roast dinner no menu and water for gravy and to top it of no mint sauce to take the taste away and to have to spit your meat out because your jaw could.no longer take the chewing of rubber!! After being broke down for majority of day we came here as we usually enjoy the food. Bring back old management!!
