Something a little different for dessert in Firefly Hereford this week 🤩 a Cherry & Lemon ‘Curd’ Cheezecake, made with a vegan ‘cream cheese’ alternative, topped with homemade lemon ‘curd’ and coconut cream. 🍋 🍒 🥥

This is so important and something that’s actually got me feeling very anxious as of late
I am 110% in support of all the big supermarkets getting in on the vegan foods etc but please remember us small businesses ❤️

vic made me an awesome pastel strawberries and cream cake plus a range of donuts and cupcakes for my 21st birthday. they were all demolished too quickly for my liking by my guests as I just wanted to eat them all to myself! everyone thoroughly enjoyed them and I would fully recommend. �

Vics vegan bakes are an absolute delight.

I have tried the cakes, cake jars, cookies and doughnuts and every single one has been absolutely delicious.

The fact that they are vegan is quite frankly the icing on the cake!!

Cruelty free delights made by an absolutely lovely lady, with her wonderful business supported by her incredible family, what's not to like?!

Where's the 6 star rating because that's what I'd like to choose! xxx

Vic made our wedding cake and I was blown away by beautiful and delicious it was! She was incredibly professional and understood exactly what we wanted. We had loads of positive feedback about the cake, even from the wedding venue staff who had seen hundreds before.



Would very very happily order again. I just have to find excuses to throw big enough parties. ;)

Vic is the absolute best! She made our wedding cake recently (3 separate 'tiers', each with a different colour drip and topped with sugar crystals and a big sugar geode) and it was genuinely perfect. We had one salted caramel, one chocolate, and one vanilla and raspberry cake and everyone loved all of them! Our wedding was 100% vegan and we were a little worried that our guests (none of whom were vegan) would feel they were missing out somehow... That absolutely didn't happen, and it was partly thanks to Vic's delicious cakes! Several of our guests said these weren't just good for 'vegan' cakes, they were delicious cakes full stop. And they were stunning too, they were such a focal point during the meal and everyone kept getting up to look at them.

TL;DR : Vic's cakes are incredible, she's an absolute joy to work with and is so kind and accommodating, and you should buy cake from her!!

Vic is just an exceptional cake maker, I would never go elsewhere again now. Everything I've ever ordered off her has been delicious, and it's great knowing I have someone local who could do a vegan and gluten free cake if I needed! . I had a cake made for a friend in December and it was just wonderful and matched all my expectations and more!

These baked doughnuts are literally to die for! They were just the right amount of sweet, flavoursome and an amazing texture. I had to traipse back to Bristol with them, and it was most definitely worth it! Will definitely be ordering more again when I'm next in Hereford! I would highly recommend them, whether you're Vegan or not! :D

Put a last minute order in for my friends birthday cake, literally gave her two days to do it and she completed it on time and the cake looked incredible and tasted it too! Can’t praise her enough �

Oh my goodness! What a beautiful and delicious cake!!! Our cake was designed specifically for us and tasted sublime. You can tell Vic's cakes are made with love and she uses the finest ingredients. Her cakes are vegan, but non vegans would not know, they taste like proper quality cake!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Thank you so much for making our party perfect!!

I’ve had Vic’s cupcakes on several occasions and they’re absolutely delicious. I’m not vegan but they taste incredible and it’s clear so much effort goes into every single cake. I would recommend her to anyone!

I had a cake for my 20th birthday and it was amazing! Beautifully decorated and although I'm vegan, all my non-vegan family loved it as well and said they wouldn't have known it was vegan. It was also made nut and peanut free to suit my boyfriend with an allergy which was lovely, cannot recommend these cakes enough! X

Had a fantabulous slice of a chocolate cake with peanut butter cream at a Great British Florist workshop. When I first spotted the cake I genuinely thought it was purely ornamental as it was so pretty! Was thrilled when I discovered it was edible and that we'd be having some with our tea!! Keep up the fantastic work! :-D x
