Went and had a look at the new gym today, and it's simply excellent! Well worth the little extra wait as they have nailed it!! can't wait for it to be fully open! Well done!

Really good gym, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good choice of cardio machines and weights plus a great range of classes. Even though I was overweight when I started, I never felt uncomfortable or out of place ���

I have joined today to be a member at the gym... And this is by far the best gym I've been to yet. I turned up for an advanced spinning class, which the classes have only recently started as of last week and I happened to be the only person for the morning session and impressed they still went ahead and done the class just for myself, considering other gyms I have attended would of just cancelled. This has given me a massive confident boost that I've been searching for. I'm feeling determined and motivated for my goals ahead. All the staff are so helpful and very kind :) I shall be spreading the word as I'm very impressed. Big thanks to Nick the trainer you certainly worked me hard

Great local gym with a real community feel. Very welcoming and friendly and plenty of equipment for all types of workout. A wide range of classes available as well makes this a fantastic place to burn those calories. Expert advice is on hand at all times and the membership costs are excellent. Get yourself signed up.

Great gym, really friendly place to workout. Clean and a good choice of gym equipment. Brilliant choice of classes and they open on certain days at 6.30am. Gym instructors help when you require it...overall a great local gym!

Fab gym went for my first time yesterday and staff were so nice and made me feel comfortable and confident for me to do a workout plan.

A great team who cater for all abilities. 2.5 stone weight loss goal achieved in 4 months.

Really good gym, full of equipment and staff are more than happy to help. However if your not interested in the classes during winter you will seldom have a chance to use the upper areas. Fantastic gym in every other regard though.
