With Clare David at VIP-Personal training I undertake twice weekly sessions perfectly tailored for me and working all of my body. Clareโs sessions, whilst demanding hard work, are always fun and leave me feeling that Iโve achieved my potential. Clare is an expert in her profession and her own impressive physique and motivational approach further spurs me on in my own path to good health and well being both mentally and physically. We all have times when external pressures make it hard to commit to training and Clare recognises this. She will always structure your session to recognise such times which is an important element to motivate you to still turn up and keep going! I was so nervous previous to starting with Clare in regards to my fitness levels and being understood.
Clare has a calm and reassuring vibe about her which has helped me massively in our spinning classes. She's so much fun and absolutely crazy ๐. We all have the best time and for the first time ever I can honestly say that I love to push myself to reach my end goal. I HATE the gym. But spinning with Clare is so refreshing and every mon and Thursday I love coming to our friendly group and spinning like a machine!!! Thankyou for all your continued support Clare. Truly an inspiration!

With Clare's encouragement and support I've been pushed beyond what I could ever imagine doing and feel fitter and healthier than I have for a long time.
Each session is different and challenging but enjoyable,
I trust and value Clare's advice and guidance with exercise and nutritional advice, with Clare's positive attitude and motivation I look forward to each session.
I did 10 weeks of PT with Clare on the run up to a swimming event i'd entered. I thought i'd trained hard before but that was nothing compared to the program that Clare delivered for me. To say I was pushed to my limits would be an understatement, with Clare's encouragement and perseverance she gently 'pushed' be right passed them. I went into my race stronger in mind and body than I ever thought possible and i can never thank her enough for that. Unfortunately home life has meant i couldn't continue with my PT sessions so Clare wrote me some brilliant hardcore workouts and a diet plan that i can do at home until i can get back......and i will be back!!
Had personal training sessions with this super fit lady... most definitely recommend her! Always helping push you towards your goals..
Clare is an Amazing personal trainer. Hard-working and dedicated and I walk away after every session aching how I should be with a big smile on my face no matter how sick I'm feeling. Highly recommended! Xx
Clare has pushed me further than I ever thought possible. She makes you believe you can do something even if your mind and body are saying you can't. Never the same thing twice - always keeps you on your toes. The perfect inspiration and motivation that you want from a pt.
Clare has been my PT for 2 1/2 years now & i've never looked back.
I have one session per week which started off with a goal of improving my overall fitness and being able to fit into my wedding dress which I ordered a size too small (I would not recommend this stress on any bride-to-be) ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ
I also received body mapping & nutritional support to run alongside my training program.
There were many tough weeks and sessions, including a few light headed moments and a sickness episode ๏ฟฝ in Clare's garage but we got their together and I lost over 15 inches to fit into my dream dress ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ
Clare understands my goals and my limits and tailors each session to suit my ability.
Clare is extremely professional, personable & someone I can now call a good friend.

Now....I can't say I have been overly consistent with my exercise regime, there have been times where I have cancelled and I have just had an early night......and ermmmm had a quite a few evenings of binge eating...as you do when you are pregnant.
But Clare has always been there for me and understood...without pressure.
She really truly cares about the people she works with and she checks in with us so many times throughout the lesson.
Clare has this amazing maternal way of making you feel comfortable yet pushed in the lessons.
Anddd this morning yet another message from Clare to see if I was okay following our class yesterday. <3 <3 This lady is an absolute gem......

Clare is extremely professional, personable & someone I can now call a good friend.
I would recommend Clare to anyone looking to better themselves no matter what your aim or target.
Before I signed up to spinning classes, I just knew I had to do something....
You know "that" feeling that plays on your mind...
That sinking feeling about your weight. In fact it was the ONLY area of my life that needed work, that's why I needed to fix it.
But....I had one problem, well to me it was a problem.
I was pregnant and I hadn't exercised in a while.
Like a long while!!
I came across Clare in a group and I asked for her advice.
She was so welcoming and helpful and very practical about her advice about doing exercise whilst pregnant.
She wasn't after the sale...like at all...she just wanted to help.
In fact she offered me a free spin session to try it out.
I turned her down on the free session and committed there and then! Why....
because I just "knew" Clare would look out for me and had my best interests at heart.
Now....I can't say I have been overly consistent with my exercise regime, there have been times where I have cancelled and I have just had an early night......and ermmmm had a quite a few evenings of binge eating...as you do when you are pregnant.
But Clare has always been there for me and understood...without pressure.
She really truly cares about the people she works with and she checks in with us so many times throughout the lesson.
Clare has this amazing maternal way of making you feel comfortable yet pushed in the lessons.
Anddd this morning yet another message from Clare to see if I was okay following our class yesterday. <3 <3 This lady is an absolute gem......

and I cannot wait to do PT with you when this baby is ouutttttttttttttttt....:-)
