We had a fantastic day
We actually used to go to Odeon alot but we tried Vue after a friend told us about the 3.99 ticket on a Monday. That's an awesome deal and you can see all the new movies as well in that price. Clean, seats are loads bigger and better than Odeon's ,screen is bigger too, sound is good . Toilets are spacious and clean .Customer service and booking is great. The only downfall is perhaps charging a fee when you book online. Apart from that ,all in all its a great experience ,we are totally convinced that's better value for money and great service. You can't moan really for a 3.99 ticket
Prompt service. Always clean and pleasant staff. Took a while for the lights to go down though, they were still on when trailers were showing.
Great we always come here..very comfortable
Fab seats
We come here quite regular and always come out having enjoyed ourselves.
Very clean and nicely air conditioned the coolest I have felt for a few weeks. Enjoyed the film but think that the price of sweets, drinks and popcorn are very expensive.
Me and my kids really enjoyed it we go often for birthdays has did yesterday
I went in my first time because I never been in before, finally I went with 6 ladies group.
I was just wondering why our Vue doesn't do the £4.99 for any film any time like other places such as Southport. I really think more people would go. I know I would. Staff are always friendly and polite when I've visited and it's always clean and tidy
There’s a few plus sides, nice seats. Temp usually quite regulated, staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Pirice is steep though and I get that offers may not be used on a bank holiday but having to pay more for your seats just because it’s a bank holiday isn’t ok. I would visit more often if they were cheaper. I went to an Imax and paid the same price and got a superior experience. You get offers for booking online and don’t get penalised for enjoying a bank holiday at the cinema.
Nice modern cinema with good sound but ridiculously expensive. They add a charge for booking online where Cineworld take 10% off!
Then advert after advert after advert to the point absurdity...again far more than Odeon or Cineworld.
We will only be going on Monday now when it’s a third of the price
Bloody expensive
The screen was good and the sound excellent but it’s so expensive! We normally use the cinema at Rubery, where we can get a family ticket for the same price as 2 adults and parking here. And what’s with the never ending adverts?! And the arm rests are too high (possibly to encourage the use of the vip seats?)
A nice cinema but far too expensive. £2.79 for a bottle of water. You will get much better feedback and we would visit more often if you cut your prices.
left this cinema very annoyed today, was put in a small screen full of screaming noisy kids running around out of there seats throughout the whole film. they shouldn't even allow babies and toddlers in when they can't even understand what a film is, also if they know there's loads of kids in the room they should offer headphones, i don't want to be paying £10 to watch a film i cant even hear
Won't be going to use Vue cinema again. Poor customer service where the ticket admissions assistant female member of staff where we handed over are tickets was rude!!!!
The film itself was grate for the children,(Peter rabbit) although the screen (2) was absoult stinking to high heaven ( we did 12.30) and litter ,still left on our seats .
The smell hit you so bad as you walked in and lingered. Was a musty sweaty rotten stale gym odour .
Really disappointed with the customer service received when querying a gift card. Very poor response then no reply at all to my last email. Usually a regular customer of vue but will go elsewhere in future.
