Walsall Karate Dojo is the largest full time Martial arts facility in the Walsall area and is home to one of the most successful karate schools around. Established in 1996 we have produced numerous black belts, British, European and World Gold medallists. The team of Instructors are headed by Steve Carless 5th Dan, a former Grand Champion with 33 Years continuous experience. We’re affiliated to the Japan Karate Shoto Federation (Headquarters Tokyo, Japan). All Black belts are registered in Japan and every grade is a legitimate qualification endorsed and certified by Japan. We’re also members of the English Karate Federation.

The 2019 Kangeiko at Walsall Karate Dojo is complete! Thank you to all who came along and supported it. A massive congratulations to those 12 members who trained all week and have recieved their certificate of completion. Oss!
Day 6, the penultimate day of the 2019 Kangeiko is completed. Thanks to Paul Stanley for teaching. Just one day to go. We start later at 7am tomorrow. All members are welcome to join us. Oss
We are pleased to welcome back Alistair Mitchell 7th Dan to Walsall Karate Dojo. Alistair Sensei is a full time karateka and a retired police officer. His competition career spanned 30 years and included numerous world titles including being the WKF World Team champion in 1986 when Great Britain ruled the sport karate world. He has spent extended periods training in Japan and is a highly respected instructor.
Schedule: Juniors - White Belts and striped Belts Training 10:00am..., Grading 11:00am
Juniors - Orange to Red Belts & Seniors - White Belts to Red Belts Training 11:00am, Grading 12:00noon
Yellow – Brown & White Belts Training 12:00noon, Grading 1:00pm
1st Kyus & Dan Grades Only Training Only 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Cost: £10 Training Only £25 Training and Kyu Grading (All Kyu gradings are with Steve Carless 6th Dan JKS)
