*Entrepreneurial Programme for Tech Start-ups*
SETsquared Partnership is organising a SETsquared Entrepreneur Programme for Tech Start-Ups, which is a 2 day programme being held on *17th and 18th* of June 2019 in Basingstoke.
This programme, designed by SETsquared, is fully-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (no cost to the Entrepreneur). The 2-day workshop helps the Entrepreneur to develop an Executive Summary, a Pitch Deck, a Business Model and a basic Financi...al Plan. In addition, they will get the chance to:
1. Hear from other entrepreneurs who have gone on to raise significant investment 2. Hone their pitch in front of a panel of investors and expert mentors 3. Receive valuable feedback to shape their proposition from the speed mentoring session

Warwick Entrepreneurs recently had the opportunity to take part in the Incubator Demo Day 2019 organised by Warwick Incubators. Warwick Incubator presented the most promising startups which were initiated by some ingenious entrepreneurial students. It was quite fascinating to watch the finalists pitch their ideas at the Shard, London.

We are honored to have with us Mr Burak Berk Doluay who is currently one of the 17 United Nations Young Leaders for the UN Sustainable Development Goals Globally. Burak has recently been awarded this title by the UN Youth Envoy and participated in the UN...’s regional consultation session on UN resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security in September 2017. He will give us a talk on how the youth can use entrepreneurship to facilitate development and bring conflicted communities together by building entrepreneurship ecosystems in post-conflict regions. His analysis will be based on both theory and case studies. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions to our guest speaker. WE are teaming up with WFS to bring you the last event of the 18/19 Executive Committee! If you'd like to work for a Startup this summer but you don't have much idea how to do it, this is for you!
Students who have already obtained internships at Startups will sit together with attendees, and by the end of the workshop every single person attending will have applied for at least one new startup that they love!
We will:... 1) Find you a startup that you love 2) Help you to find a contact there so that you can reach out to them 3) Help you to draft up your email and to finally send it!
Please make sure to bring laptops and headphones. You will need your laptop for applying and your headphones as it's often useful to watch video content that the startups post about themselves.
