... When we are faced with challenges it is not uncommon to get caught up in a stream of thoughts that just perpetuate the problem and add to it.
Coaching with me allows a safe space to explore the challenges from a different perspective. I do not give you answers, I do not agree or disagree with you and I do not project my solutions and thoughts on to you.
I simply ask questions that empower you to find the answers within yourself.
There is no need to endlessly go over and over the challenge. Gaining an understanding of it, feeling it emotionally and physically gives you an opportunity to clear old patterns and beliefs experientially through inner inquiry.
Self Awareness Insight Coaching is my own particular method of working with clients and its very effective for getting to the root of the problem and why you are experiencing it as a problem.

To feel into yourself and hear what your experiences are telling you. The questions I use are not for my benefit, they are to support you in finding your own answers without my input or agenda. You know what you need.
