had a few sessions with Wayne now with my troublesome calf's and hip and can honestly say iv never been able to train so well with his help of massages and stretching exercises he has given me, much much much better then the NHS physio i had seen previously recommend him to anyone that i talk too

Took my son who is a competitive cyclist for a sports massage. He had been several times before to see Wayne and always leaves feeling much more relaxed and supple than when he went in!! Would highly recommend his expertise to anyone thinking of having one

Took my son along today to see Wayne as he has a Thai boxing fight next weekend. Fitted us in at a convenient time & was totally professional which made us both feel at ease all the way through.

Very informative & knowledgeable & explained everything as he worked through.

Cannot recommend Wayne highly enough & will definitely take George back again as he feels brilliant after his massage.

Just had my second sports massage with Wayne. It was great, released all of the tension in my shoulders and neck from swimming. Wayne is very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Just had first treatment with Wayne and I can't emphasise how effective the massage was. Can feel a huge difference in what has been a tight hamstring for weeks and am definitely going to continue on a regular basis. Took his time, relaxed atmosphere and very informative.. Excellent value for money.

I went to have a massage tonight after contacting Wayne in agony and also I had limited movement with my neck. Post treatment things are much better and I am now in no pain. Highly recommended.

Nice bloke and would recommend anyone thinking of having a sports massage to visit Wayne I certainly will be back.

I had just run a half marathon earlier in the day and my legs were aware of it! Wayne via a recommendation from a friend managed to fit me in the same day to minimise my discomfort and to give my legs time to recover before an event the following week. Friendly with great explanation of what he was doing and why. Next session booked.
