Totally enjoyed couldn't ask for a better service the staff were all very well presented and totally helpful in every way the food was
Superb venue. Food was excellent and the audio visual and pyrotechnics were state of the art. Perhaps the decor is starting to look a little too reminiscent of the eighties nevertheless the sheer scale of the venue is impressive

Really lovely venue with helpful, smiling staff. I found the food to be really good, which when catering for such numbers isn't always he case. Coffee was also lovely (& the biscuits but ssshh!)

Lovely conference centre and venue! I was there for a nursing conference. Much better than NEC. Toilets are clean and luxurious. Drinks available all the time including cold drinks. Beautiful surroundings. Staff helpful. Definitely recommend as conference centre!
Great venue, room looked fab and the staff were great. The only thing I would of said would be to make sure the hot food containers were refilled. Some missed out on food because they were empty ( me inc )
All in all, it made my day great! ☺️
Great facilities and helpful staff.
The food was really good as well. I was really impressed with the service and environment.
The only downside is the traffic trying to get out from the site. An alternative exit would be nice (East Way Road)

Excellent venue for a wedding or other large celebration for family and friends. With a central location in the country and excellent transport links, of all types, it is easily accessible to all.
A fantastic event space both in its capacity for holding large scale events as well as the facilities afforded to Suplliers
What a beautiful place, well set out very very clean. Drinks a little expensive but I guess that's how it goes
The room for the conference was really cold in some spots & too hot in others. I got a cold spot and so was uncomfortable for the entire day. Some of the staff were lovely, others a bit abrupt. The tea was barely warm at any of the three times it was served. The packed lunch was a good standard. The room itself was lovely with beautiful chandeliers. The facilities were very clean and were cleaned between every break we had.
Lovely venue and a great conference. Shame catering didn’t think about vegan options as not everyone eats meat or dairy.

The room that we had for the Professional Networkers Academy was beautiful although it was absolutely freezing in there... I don't expect to be putting on my coat to listen to training... I wasn't the only one... Also I thought the price of the food & drinks were extortionate for what they were...
Good venue.Very easy to find.Modern and airy. Biggest disappointment is trying to leave the site at the end of multiple conferences!!! One way in and out. Parking in the overspill car park was a nightmare to exit. In all it took 75 minutes to get to the the roundabout for the M42. Could do with some Marshall rather than "dog eat dog" mentality.
Function room was really good, however, the temperature took ages to sort out & it was freezing for most of the day. Given how much we paid even for the cheapest ticket for the event - I was surprised we didn't get a complementary coffee in arrival. It's the only conference I've attended anywhere where you didn't get at least 1 free coffee.
