Very good � service with a smile. My car � had flat battery and they let me have 24 hour free car parking . Luckily the RAC game in 30 mins

Toilets are clean, not a lot of food choice here for someone who's gluten intolerant but still enjoyed my Chai Latte xx seating is a bit naff.

Seems ok ,big pot hole in the lorry park and the lad in burger king needs a personality....

Not many truck spaces but clean and tidy. Showers + toilets clean all day. Not a great choice of food but there's Starbucks for coffee, Burger King for junk or a waitrose if you're feeling posh. Failing that it's WH Smiths finest selection!

Busy services signage giving way in and out etc could be improved to make it easier to navigate around it

The place its self is ok for a quick stop off,but a bit pricey.

Not the best! We were there at about 7am and Burger King and Starbucks were still closed! Even WH Smith was not open yet... So we had to have sausage sandwich each, as these were the only two left in self service section with hot food (provided by Costa Coffee -if I remember right) and of course coffee from the machine. Not the best breakfast, but did the job. It cost us about £6 each and was very basic. Not the best!

I rode in on my motorbike to find no parking for motorbikes, and the parking areas are actually built on a down hill camber, which makes parking motorbikes very difficult. I had to ask someone to help me move it to stop it falling. I won't be stopping here again and I will communicate this to all the motorbike groups I belong to.

Burger King no staff cleaning tables for new customers after others leave

A ripp off for truck drivers £22 to park in a shit hole and that is no meal either.

Thel let the cooler drivers to drop the trailer whitch is workinh wery loudly and take two places.they dont care.you know the cooler is much louder when its standing alone like when its truck in front of it.they dont care....

Potholes, small parking spaces (if you drive a two door, you need to be a contortionist to get out of the vehicle). Needed some grub, but didn't fancy Waitrose overpriced sandwiches so had to settle for Burger King. Yuk! Don't buy the 'breakfast' items. Positively disgusting.

Poor toilet facilities only three cubicles in the gents,quite poor for a busy major motorway,especially when you have coach loads of people calling there,Had to que for more than 10 minutes to use the toilet

Only one hot food outlet and it was slow slow slow !! Food forgettable and so noisy.

Only 3 cubicles in the gents loo,large queue impedes access to urinals and sinks, toilet fush useless.

Wh smiths , Starbucks, waitrose and burger king , sadly tried burger king. 2oz cheeseburger, plastic cheese and cold burger £3:29. Latte £2:59. Disgraceful opportunism.

I was totally appalled that Welcome Break Telford had charged £1.39.9 for Deisel I asked if there had been a price increase and was told yes, I said by this much thats crazy I hadn't heard there was such an increase, the lady/cashier said we have to rely on people not knowing there are other petrol staions in the area. Asda is £1.18.7 and others are all around this price.

Grotty dump, with dust and grime harbouring fixtures and fittings.



The fuel is the most expensive in Shropshire, the queue at Burger King is legendary and tonight I foolishly asked at Starbucks for "An ordinary cup of tea" and was presented with a mug of hot water that contained a gauze sheath containing saw dust.



Good points? There's a life saving Waitrose...

Exorbitant fuel prices, who are you trying to fool? Dingy dirty place.
