I have been working at corley services for p and c and the hospitallity was excellent. A member of staff called june was brilliant, so kind and pilote. She goes above and beyond! She offered refreshments regulary and was always happy to help. Wonderful woman, wonderful service, please recognise her hard work. I have worked at many service starions and have never delt with such a lovely woman.

Went early to avoid the crowds, Subway breakfast didn’t let us down as per normal, coffee ok, tidy seating area, clean generally, massive flood on the way out, but then it had rained a lot, need to spend some money on outside areas, but overall ok for a pit stop.

Stopped off yesterday to grab a coffee in sub temperatures on a motorbike, having travelled 200+ miles. I have no complaints. Coffee was good, staff were friendly, easily signposted and above most other service stations I've been to. Well done.

Starbucks coffee was a little bitter, but OK. The medium size cappuccino turned out to be HUGE which was a pleasant surprise, and the cinnamon roll was delicious.

Prices about what you'd expect in a service station - a little more than you would pay in a town centre, but not as bad as I expected.

Had all we needed here.

Loved the pic on the way out of the beautiful young lady wishing us a safe journey.

It would be nice to see a pic of her saying 'Welcome' on way in as well.

Good selection of fast food (south). Tried Harry Ramsden's for a change and was very impressed with the quality & service. Toilets and general areas are well kept, which makes such a difference! Don't mind paying the prices charged for a good experience.

Wifi service was good too. Liked the info display with TV news too.

Wanted a KFC but refuse to pay £6 for a small meal when it's 50% cheaper in a high street take away...should not be allowed as all franchise are the same company and £1.35 per litre of fuel is outrageous only purchased £5 worth of fuel to get me home..

Over priced as a trucker we have to stop for a break and end up spending an hours wage on a bite to eat I think all retailers i.e. kfc subway burger king and others should be the same price all over you go in a subway in town and get a meal and a drink £5 but service's £10 for the same thing as I olready had my money in hand and a Que behind me I had to pay but I have not been back since ��

HGV driver, use these services quite often but unfortunately they are the same as all the others on all the motorways, massively inflated prices on everything. To be fair the toilets are usually clean and that's usually all I use, another part of rip off Britain😟

Can't believe it after years of being able to get a nice costa coffee, they have now got the truly foul Starbucks coffee throughout. There isn't even an alternative like illy, cafe Nero or Tassimo Now had wait till next services to get a real coffee.

Starbucks is marmite coffee, you either like it or really hate it! ����

Arrived on way to NEC. Bit disappointing that had to cross over to other side to get a full English breakfast. Also feel very sorry for any disabled people because of the stairs at each end. Food was good at Harry's drinks very luke warm.

Went through the card payment "fast track" at KFC, but still had to wait half an hour for our food after we'd paid. At one point a girl said "anybody waiting" and we said, yes we all are, and she said "I'm not doing that side". Utterly ridiculous, total lack of customer service and a serious lack of visible management. This happened last time in November. We won't be using it again.



The toilets were nice and clean though. And empty, probably because everybody was in the queue at KFC.

Welcome break itself was ok, bad service from KFC staff members clearly more worried about their social life than serving a que of customers. Didn't get the drinks right and had to repeat the order. Felt sorry for the girl serving as the other one couldn't care less and wasn't even paying attention. Food is also so expensive. Wouldn't return.

The over priced food and parking overnight got a lorry is a rip off at least dick Turpin wore a mask

Only awarded 1 * because there wasn't the option for zero. Queued for quite a while as there was only one service point open - ordered 6 hot wings fries and 7 up. Eventually got my order went to a table - opened it up - 4 wings and some bits of batter. Returned to the counter - explained I had ordered and paid for 6 wings. Boy apologises and when fresh wings are available some while later I'm handed a fresh bag of food. Go to a table open up the paper bag and I now have 5 wings. Return to the counter and ask if the boy can count as I ordered and paid for 6 wings but have been given 4 and now 5 but not the 6 paid for!! Boy very grumpily adds another wing to the bag - no apology no nothing - do not bother with this really bad KFC and KFC ... you need to get your act together!!

If your a biker looking to warm up or get a hot meal don't stop here..

6am on a Friday morning temp 3° outside and not much warmer inside.

Everywhere closed except Starbucks.

When I mentioned it was cold inside I was told, & I quote, "yes, it's the windows, they got gaps in them" if that wasn't enough to make you think you wish you didn't stop there the air-con started up right overhead.

Food way over priced.!!! It feels like every food retailer in the building is saying "pay the price or go hungry".!! £17 for two Burger King meals !!! Disgusting !!!

Disgusting showers not been properly cleaned in months £27 to park in a truck park with pot holes and ruts full of urine should carry a govt health warning

Facilities ok but your coach park is a joke.

Lorries parked randomly and partially over the lines rendering the bay useless, other vehicles using up what spaces are left - and there aren't many.

Cars that I suspect are staff parked in positions behind the coach bays making it difficult to reverse out.

We have the second largest vehicles that use MSAs and the smallest parking area, we MUST have spaces to park for a driver's legally required breaks while our passengers are with you. If we have to block in a car that's parked in a bay and we commence a break it's not moving until the break is complete, if we move we have to start the break again, it's the law, we can't do anything about it.

We must have a safe area for passengers to walk to and from coaches.

You coach parking is a shambles.

Sort it out.
