West Midlands Police lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans network. Supporting LGBT employees & working to improve relations between WMP & the LGBT community.

We are the LGBT Network affiliated to West Midlands Police. Originally established 14 years ago as a staff support group, we've grown and developed to become a community group with the intention of promoting good relations between our own community and the police service. We also still support colleagues who need it, and work hard to drive equality for gay people in policing.

We are not funded by the taxpayer, we do not carry out our activities in work time, it's all done voluntarily in our own time. We do it because we want to make a difference and we're passionate about equality.
