Westfield Stratford City invites children and families to Santa’s Snowflake Grotto, a magical world of snow.
You'll be magically transported to the Snow Factory in the North Pole, where Santa’s elves make all the snow in the world. Children will create their own snowflake and explore the various activities within the factory.
You’ll meet Santa in his icy Snow Chamber, where every child will receive a gift and have their photo taken with him. To leave the North Pole and go bac...k to London, experience the infinity room.
The visit lasts approximately 20-25 minutes, and photos can be purchased in the Christmas Shop at the end.

Kudos to the cleaners and staff of westfield stratford food court !!! Thank you very much!!! You are a good example and a living proof that there are still honest people in the public ! We accidentally left a shopping bags in the food court only to find out that it was left when we went home. I came back today and found the cleaner who got the bag and they kept it in their manager’s room ready to be delivered to lost and found. If it’s other people , well .....

User

I like most of the shops there has a nice selection it can get packed sometimes most the time nowhere to sit when want to eat downstairs top floor food can be spaces but the food up there is more pricey I go now and then

User

Good Shopping Center with excellent shops and very good food-places. In summer, it’s nice to have the possibility, to be in the outside-area and take a break.

User

This place is over crowded people smoke in the no smoking benches and toilets are bad, the food court is a nightmare

User

Far too busy for my likings and car park is far to pricey for the money we spent in the centre

User

Tried to contact Westfield about the lack of control over people slipping through the barrier without paying at the exit of the center but no reply. Really disappointed to pay £6 to leave my car all day to then end up paying for the idiot behind me who pushed his way through too will think again next time before parking my car there

User

If your on a shopping trip the car park fees are extortionate

User

Having never been to Westfield before, we turned up on our motorbike, went into car park C- the signs leading up to the carparks didn’t state it WASN’T for motorbikes....

Go up there and drive about to then disembark, check phones to find that motorbike parking was for car parks A & B!!

How the heck did that get allowed in planning! Stupidity at its finest!!

We stayed there regardless.

So hope not to get a fine or a ticket...

Next time maybe put on the road signs and signs approaching the car parks to state if it has motorbike parking!!

User

Dislike going there because the place is rammed with hoodlums hanging around doing nothing but size you up and way too many buggies and parents who don't control their kids. The shopping centre itself is not too bad however we haven't been back for quite some time especially because of the ridiculousness of having to pay for parking. Vehicle owners are generally the one's bringing the big business to shopping centres, not the youths hanging around with nothing better to do. Living near Lakeside now, free parking, clean and much less crowded!

User

Your car park is an absolute farce. Driving for half an hour to find a space in a carpark that supposedly had plenty of spaces as we entered. This on a Friday afternoon. Dread to think what it would be like on weekend. What on earth do you spend all the cash you make from parking on???

User

Worst night of my life. I will forever have the screams of shoppers etched into my brain after your abysmal handling of a minor incident on 11,11,2017.

Alone and terrified I found myself caught up in what I believed to be an ongoing terrorist attack on the bottom floor which was heaving with visitors. Hellish screams followed by panicked pushing and shoving instantly created a stampede forcing people into the nearest shops for safety.

I with scores of others ran into EE and scrambled to the back of the shop looking for any means of exit only to be met by a EE sales advisor stood across the back door demanding to know what was going on.

In a real terrorism situation this single act of stupidity could have cost people their lives.

With him finally out of our way we bottled necked through the narrow door into the back corridors of the shopping centre where people were screaming for help, clinging to one another, following each other like lost sheep to a door that led us BACK INTO the shopping centre and potentially back into harms way. With no choice but to keep running we ran back into the centre, and out of the front exit. I frantically used my phone to telephone my mum to send help as still I was none the wiser as to what had just happened.

I asked members of staff at Stratford city tube station and they had no information to give me.

At NO point where I was in the centre did I hear a fire alarm.

At NO point where I was in the centre did I see any form of security.

At NO point where I was in the centre did I hear any public announcements.

And most disappointingly there was not a single Westfield representative or member of staff in sight to reassure people that all was well.

You have shown yourselves to be grossly inadequate in all areas of public safety. You quite clearly have no evacuation procedures in place. Not even for "small fire incidents" which this thankfully turned out to be.

I feel sick to the pit of my stomach thinking about what could have been.

I will never be stepping foot in your establishment again and as little affect it will have on you I will be urging others to do the same.

Shame on you.

User

What is the point of having the smoke free areas outside when people don't obey it? I was walking from the Velopark to Stratford station this morning and counted around 15 to 20 people smoking in the area they shouldn't be! What's more is that the people employed to 'enforce' were too busy standing around chatting with a guy selling chestnuts! Also the barriers put up directing people to station etc are a hazard the entrances/exit gaps are too small in the event of an emergency and people rushing to leave you can see people getting stuck in a bottleneck and potentially crushed bad planning indeed.

User

The chaos at Westfield is awful. On the road leading to the car parks it shows over 100 spaces in car park B and over 300 in car park A. I chose to go to B as it's more convenient, but there were cones fencing it off and a staff member told me it was full. I've now driven past the turning for A so had to go all the way round again. I joined a slow moving queue to get in and despite there seeming like plenty of spaces, many bays had green lights above but cars in them, so after driving round several levels, I had to park on the roof. It's now really late and I had hoped to only need 1 hour parking, as I was only coming to collect items from 2 shops. One lift was broken, the other 2 were stopping at every level so by the time I got to the shops it was now 20 minutes into my hour. Of course my time ran over so I had to pay £5.60 all because they can't provide a system that works. Best avoided.

User

Please be careful before you eat @tgi fridays stratford Westfield. There is feaces on the walls. Oh, and the service is terrible !

User

My dad and I eat here every other weekend..... wondering if the security on a Friday evening after the local footy, had any training or common sense when they refused to let me, at 8 months pregnant, walk through to the restaurant area. Instead ushering me away like cattle, right around the houses, to get in to get something to eat!!!

User

I won’t be using any of the outlets in this centre again. Standing by while the council ‘evict’ rough sleepers with nowhere else to go, handed official documents calling them ‘anti-social’. It’s not like there aren’t enough millions being taken over the counters, and no doubt given in rents for you to be able to actually give something back to the community that you are so inhumanly disregarding... 🤮🤮🤮💩💩💩

User

Don’t use the carpark if you can help it for attending events at the stadium. You’ll be lucky to get out in any sort of reasonable time.
