What a place!!!

Westley Richards & Co is a TOP team producing excellent and beautiful rifles and shotguns !!

Thank you to the skilled craftsmen ( and women of course!) in the Westley Richards leather workshop for our three wonderful, custom made rucksacks. Lifelong travelling companions.

Saw the name "Westley Richards" on my family heirloom Damascus barreled percussion cap shotgun and lived for a year or more believing I owned one!

Now, after expert opinion from an experienced gun show adviser, I'm told it isn't!

I don't know the whole history, but do believe it was made in England, since that's where my ancestral heritage was around the time it would have been manufactured.

I'm still curious, but not as excited as a year ago, when I believed my grandfather got it from his father of English descent, who may have had it awhile.

The Westley Richards name is highly respected, and they were just 200 years old when I began my research so the mystery goes on... David Wesley Loder

Ordered some cleaning equipment. Took two days before it arrived in Norway.

Of all the shops I've shopped in I found my best shopping experience was done over the phone with Steve at Westly Richards & Co.

The most helpful gentleman I've ever had the pleasure to have dealings with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I COULD NOT ask for any better service from Steve and his team at the showroom! It's even better than their wonderfully fine firearms, and that's saying quite a lot. Keep up the great work and highest quality standards and thank you!

Here in New Zealand We have my grandfathers Westley Richards side by side from the 1930s, he had lost his right arm in a hunting accident at the age of 11 in the early 1900's.



It's a right handed gun but he used it left hand and apparently he very seldom missed.



My father went on to use it, had a small farm of only 400 acres with a river through it and May/ June was/ is duck shooting season. My dad was pretty effective with it. He has always raved about the Westley Richards shotguns.



I have used it myself and it is a very beautiful gun, certainly my choice of shotgun.
