We all have cravings and things that get us out of bed excited for life.
Sometimes in stressful situations we can forget about those passions. Instead we find ourselves relying on things that leave us worse for wear.

There are many reasons we argue. Not all disagreements are bad or unwanted. However, there are ways to express ourselves that can be unproductive.
Expressing contempt, criticism and defensiveness are common ways to do this. Similarly, stonewalling (or not being emotionally present) can be just as destructive to the communication.
Pay attention to your reactions and choice of words with other people. This will help you to help you have a productive dialogue.

We usually think addictions are to do with alcohol or drugs, and lately technology. The word is filled with negativity.
Whilst these are important to recognise and counter, they aren't the only addictions we could have.
Constantly putting yourself last, smiling even when you're sad, or bearing all the responsibilities of another person are all forms of addiction.
... In contrast, finding joy in everything, mediation and reconciliation can all be positive addictions if we start to crave them...
