Just back from breakfast incorporated on dog walk fab food nice outdoor area, friendly helpful staff who even provided water for the dog. Definitely worth a visit and will go again.

Had a cracking afternoon with family at the White Rabbit, we could not fault the meal at all, so tasty and pipping hot. The staff are so friendly, even though they were rushed off their feet they still made time to have a little chat to u. Definitely be going back.

Went into the white rabbit bilston today with my family what can I say All our meals were fantastic piping hot tasty and very good price will be going again thank you to all the staff you were amazing very helpful and pleasent x

Hubby and me ad lovely meal last Friday here food was yummy and friendly staff even thou we was the first in lol. I recommend and would come again. Thankyou �

First time going here but enjoyed it, yes it's pub food but after all it's a pub , what do some people want five star for one star price. We enjoyed the carvery and the staff where lovely, it was clean and tidy. Will certainly go again.

Went in Sunday with my partner and was told there was a 20 minute wait. The carvery was very tasty but disappointed that there were people who arrived later than us that were seated at their tables almost immediately. There was even spare tables with no one sitting at them yet we had to stand at the bar for half an hour waiting for a small table to become available. Disgusting that the bigger the party and the more money you're spending the better service you get.

Visited today for a Sunday carvery. Despite a run of very hot weather there was nothing to make the restaurant a comfortable place to eat...….. no air con (for a modern pub not good) and no fans. Food was good but wont be eating here again until the weather changes.

Went in yesterday for lunch and the food has definitely got worse. I had the fish and its aweful, I've had better quality fillets frozen from my local supermarket. Didn't have any issue with the staff, but the food has got worse.

Went about 6 o’clock this evening, meat was dry, the beans weren’t even green they had been there that long, Yorkshire pudding greasy, no roast potatoes and had to wait for gravy because they had run out, absolute rip off cannot understand how a carvery could be so poor, came home hungry, the bosses and managers should be ashamed, Marstons couldn’t run a p*** up in a brewery.

Went 4 lunch there yesterday with my mom 4 the 1st time. Nice pub on the outside. Staff were friendly enough. Had a carvery...NO MASH � who dnt serve mash at a carvery! Not much choice of vegetables. Meat was a little tuff. Gravy was like water. Food wasnt warm. Not impressed if honest. Defo go 2 the Toby Carvery next time...better atmosphere. Wont be returning there anytime soon �

Popped in last night for tea. Didn’t complain to staff as we were so hungry we ate the meal, and no staff actually came near us to ask if food was ok after we had been given it. The curry had no flavour, was just hot. Vegetarian lasagne was bland, just sauce, pasta, cheese and no seasoning. The best flavour was the salt on the chops!

Perhaps the reason we weren’t approached and asked if we were enjoying our meal was because they already knew what the answer would be.

Walked past unattended carvery to see an unappetising array of dried up meat and veg with no lids

Can’t believe how rapidly this place has declined.

We wont be returning for the foreseeable.

My husband had the carvery and the meat was fatty the beef very over cooked and stringy and the Yorkshire pudding was under cooked. I had the crispy piri piri burger and it wasn't very good at all the chicken was over cooked and hard the bun was crispy on the edges and it had so much fillers it just fell apart. Dessert was a massive disappointment the cake was so dry my husband didn't eat it. We will not be coming back here again

I raved about this place when it first opened. What a decline! Tonight's visit was very disappointing. Meat portion size pitiful, Yorkshire puds so tough you could repair your shoes with them. Staff miserable. Drinks extortionate. Never again!

I had the big bad burger cake I have never seen a burger look like that it was so dry it was total crap it certainly wasnt fresh. A turd shaped cake would be a more fitting dessert

Wouldn’t recommend went with two one year olds no high chairs available, so couldn’t eat the food as was having to control the children who weren’t able to eat as they couldn’t reach the table and won’t sit down on a chair for more than a minute, kept falling off the chairs too. My partner was told he be informed when his food was ready waited 30 mins still no food and they had no intention in telling him it was ready, at this point I had some what ate mine/ had mine put on the floor by two angry toddlers who were starving. Waste of my time ended up in Macdonalds on the way home �

Visited here this evening as a party of 4. Not impressed at all. The food was ok. Nothing fancy just pub grub. The staff and service however beggars belief. Apparently the lady who served us had 11 weeks off sick and couldn’t remember how to use the till or what offers were on for the pie night.



I had a carvery and as I was waiting to be served there was a customer in front of me who pointed out a hair in the cauliflower cheese pot and the server just pushed the mixture around and looked at me and said “that will be alright”. It’s safe to say I didn’t have any of that.



We ordered some “cake away” to take home for later and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to slice the pre made cake I asked at the bar why it was taking so long and was told it’s at least a 20 minute wait to slice cake. I asked the lady to go and ask how long it would be and she came out 1 minute later with all of our cakes sliced and boxed. 1 minute!! Based on her performance at the till I know she didn’t slice and box it herself, so our cakes were just standing around waiting for someone to be bothered to fetch it. It tasted vile for anyone interested.



I also didn’t realise that you served pot noodles now? There was an empty pot noodle pot with the fork sat in it on the small bar by the kitchen door. In full view of anyone dining. I took a photo but can’t upload it on my review.

There were 4 of us and 2 enjoyed their meals no complaints however speaking for myself firstly after putting meat and Yorker on my plate it was handed to me also an optional hair which I took off then vegetables all quite hard mash was very buttery a bit sickly for me the roasts were the best food on the plate over to the gravy station none in the one a bit in the other . The beef was unchewable I found green beans inmy mash the veg were to hard for me we decided to have pudding after ordering we waited over 30 mins and asked where it was in the end personally it was a let down

Our food chips were terrible been warmed up steak was hard not medium our friends had carvery complained about veg being hard was told it’s been on all day got no fresh now disgusting I work food our customers get the same service at 7 at night as they do at 8 in the morning DISGUSTING

So just got back from my first visit. nice new pub and the carvery looked great, but we ordered the carnivore burger !!! How the hell did this make it onto the menu!! 2 Yorkshire puddings with a dry burger and a selection of meat off the carvery.... no sauce.... no salad....nowt remotely moist ! Even McDonald’s throw a gherkin on a burger! It was awful, we told the waiting staff (who was lovely and chatty) and she just said sorry... no offer to change the meal or anything. it looks like the pub are trying to use carvery food in creative ways but the carnivore burger was a carvery without the veg and a lot of Yorkshire puddings..... vile!

Shocking! Tables not cleared .plates stuck to table . Nothing to eat food with . Carvery cold. Man checking temp of food , not wiping equipment when doing it . Staff looked rotten , dirty overalls , dirty hands and nails. Food didn’t come out at same time . Have been a few times and always try and give a place chance. But this place has gone right down hill . Why is no one doing anything to make it better following all the bad reviews . Such a shame as this place could have been great for bilston

Shocking service!! Only order Carvery. Waited an hour for 2 main meals, one meal was burnt the second was cold. Management didn’t seem that bothered must be a regular thing here. Second time we have had a problem here Shame as we are locals to.

Never known a pub get food so wrong. Ordered 2 sandwiches firstly took half hour to turn up to the table. First we asked for a toasted sandwhich which turned up untoasted with blocks of rubber tasteless cheese on them secondly we ordered a plain fish finger sandwich which turned up not plain cold & with cold chips on the side. Awful food. Rubbish service. Will not be eating here again.

Last 3 times I’ve been, service and food has been shocking. Every time they forget something or get something wrong when there’s only 2 of us.... always ask for steak rare and always comes well done, the pork on the mixed grill was burnt, literally the whole of one side was black, order a starter as a main and always comes out before so always have to take it back, que at the bar is a joke, always have to wait 15/20minutes to get served, forget items off the meals, forget to bring cutlery out, order sides and they don’t come with the main. The most recent time we had to wait 1hr and 30mins for our food for it to then come with missing food and cold, no cutlery and the food was also burnt and not up to standard. Asked for rare steak it come almost well done. Staff aren’t bothered either and are unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend

First of all the high chairs where absolutely filthy. I sprayed that much anti bac on it an still had to scape food off it with a knife. Then ordered the yorkie wrap, i was surprised you actually had one this time, as the previous 5 times you didn’t. That was short lived the waitress came over 10 mins after ordering to say you don’t have any. So swapped for a carvery instead, bad choice as when we got there the meat was last bits and overly dry. Get to the veg, well i thought green beans where supposed to be green, god no’s how long they had been there, then no roast potato’s and you don’t no how long there going to be, low and behold no gravy, same as last time, so wait around again. Food stone cold. Gave this place a lot of chances, as it was new and everyone was learning the ropes, but it’s never improved. Piss poor quality

Once we actually got the carvery after waiting ages for someone to come and serve us, it was Luke warm at best and The beef was as tough as old boots. I Had to search for cutlery and napkins myself as none were on the table and the Food is as slow coming out of the kitchen as the chefs / warmer uppers are (They do like to hide in the back until there’s a few waiting) There was only 1 person serving behind the bar, and 1 waitress that was walking round with a face like a wet weekend, along with another who just seemed to want to gossip about why Morrison’s has been shut all day! I Didn’t find the staff that were on today as friendly or helpful as usual! There seems to be a lack of organisation / efficiency in the place which is a shame as it was great when it first opened and could be again given some staff training and actually having the right amount of staff to satisfy customers! We Regret giving this place another try after the last visit when they had a lot of things unavailable and my elderly grandmother heard a member of staff shout to the chef to get out of the f***ing kitchen! All in all crap service and I wouldn’t bother going if I were u!

I ordered a steak rare and it came out well done My other halves mix grill was very dry to the point it was hard to chew and swallow. The time before we waited almost a hour for desserts when it was a very quiet day. Safe to say the staff are not interested it’s like they know the food and service is really bad. Awful. Plastic pub, plastic food. I was at the bar when a customer approached the 'Manager' who looked about 10. The mens toilets are flooded he said. He walked out the pub, she pulled her face at him. There was some young bloke milling around the bar in a cap writing things down and not serving. We ordered 2 steaks, 1 Medium, and 1 well done. They were both served very well done. I eat mine and half of the wife's, who struggled with it. Chips were just warm, and the 'Grilled Tomato' served with it hadn't seen the pan, and was cold. The Mushroom was a button mushroom and was hiding under a couple of cold chips. I went up the bar and ordered a drink as i was a bit dehydrated after eating a scorched cow. A Wainwright Bitter and Fosters please. She went over to the soft drinks dispenser and put some lemonade in the bottom of the glass, then proceeded to put the lager in. I said i asked for a bitter and a lager. No you didn't she said, you asked for a lager top. My wife has never drunk a lager top in her life, and besides this she put the lemonade in 1st which makes it a lager shandy anyway ? She pulls a new lager and slams it down in front of me, lovely girl, very polite i thought ? 1st and last visit. Marstons you really need to sort out your staff training. We won't be back.

Awful, visited twice. Once the first week it opened then again a few weeks ago. We had given them the benefit of the doubt it being their first week but the second time was just sheer laziness. Kids fish fingers returned due to them swimming in dark brown fat, when the new ones eventually came back they were burnt. No care and attention to the food they are serving. The rest of the meals were tasteless and cheap. Very disappointed, this should be a goldmine it's so sorely needed but they have ruined it, needs better management. Will not be returning until they do.

At the start of the opening of this pub the food was outstanding and every time I have been here since it’s got worse. The mash on the carvery is lumpy and the meat is dry also the kids meals are as if they were microwaved. Such a shame as it’s clean and staff are friendly but the food isn’t upto standard anymore and I only live 2 mins away would be an ideal pub for us to eat at, at least once a week.

All I ever see is how unhappy the staff are and hear how poorly they are treated by mangement which puts me off ever coming back here unhappy staff means the customer service will be lacking and understandably so I have heard many bad things nd have only been once myself which was a bad experience in regards to food being undercooked the carvery having multiple hairs in the food and attitude of staff being poor but in all fitness you can't expect staff to put their all in the way they are treated I fully lay blame at management and not at the actuall staff

There were 4 of us and 2 enjoyed their meals no complaints however speaking for myself firstly after putting meat and Yorker on my plate it was handed to me also an optional hair which I took off then vegetables all quite hard mash was very buttery a bit sickly for me the roasts were the best food on the plate over to the gravy station none in the one a bit in the other . The beef was unchewable I found green beans inmy mash the veg were to hard for me we decided to have pudding after ordering we waited over 30 mins and asked where it was in the end personally it was a let down

Terrible place for service stood at the bar 10 minutes to be served this week 2nd time this as happened with staff walking around young teenagers doing waitress service I sed excuse me I have ordered some onion rings yes I know darlin I’ve only got 1 pair of hands shocked wasn’t the word I will not set foot in the place again complained to Marston’s haven’t heard a thing so wll not be giving them my money again

Our food chips were terrible been warmed up steak was hard not medium our friends had carvery complained about veg being hard was told it’s been on all day got no fresh now disgusting I work food our customers get the same service at 7 at night as they do at 8 in the morning DISGUSTING

So just got back from my first visit. nice new pub and the carvery looked great, but we ordered the carnivore burger !!! How the hell did this make it onto the menu!! 2 Yorkshire puddings with a dry burger and a selection of meat off the carvery.... no sauce.... no salad....nowt remotely moist ! Even McDonald’s throw a gherkin on a burger! It was awful, we told the waiting staff (who was lovely and chatty) and she just said sorry... no offer to change the meal or anything. it looks like the pub are trying to use carvery food in creative ways but the carnivore burger was a carvery without the veg and a lot of Yorkshire puddings..... vile!

Shocking! Tables not cleared .plates stuck to table . Nothing to eat food with . Carvery cold. Man checking temp of food , not wiping equipment when doing it . Staff looked rotten , dirty overalls , dirty hands and nails. Food didn’t come out at same time . Have been a few times and always try and give a place chance. But this place has gone right down hill . Why is no one doing anything to make it better following all the bad reviews . Such a shame as this place could have been great for bilston

Shocking service!! Only order Carvery. Waited an hour for 2 main meals, one meal was burnt the second was cold. Management didn’t seem that bothered must be a regular thing here. Second time we have had a problem here Shame as we are locals to.

Pub was empty yet we had waited 30 minutes for our main meal and in end I had to ask for mine and my daughters main meal. When that arrived the mustard was like rubber, my burger bun was rock hard. My daughter had wraps and he cheese was like rubber and and the waffles were burnt and she couldn’t eat them.



We eat in the pub very regular and this is the worst meal we’ve had. �

Not been for a while as the last time we went the carvery was a bit disappointing but on our visit yday it was pretty awful the gravy just tasted of water veg overcooked roasts over cooked not much choice most the pots were empty my husband had gammon and literally he had all fat no meat definitely gone down hill

Never known a pub get food so wrong. Ordered 2 sandwiches firstly took half hour to turn up to the table. First we asked for a toasted sandwhich which turned up untoasted with blocks of rubber tasteless cheese on them secondly we ordered a plain fish finger sandwich which turned up not plain cold & with cold chips on the side. Awful food. Rubbish service. Will not be eating here again.

Last 3 times I’ve been, service and food has been shocking. Every time they forget something or get something wrong when there’s only 2 of us.... always ask for steak rare and always comes well done, the pork on the mixed grill was burnt, literally the whole of one side was black, order a starter as a main and always comes out before so always have to take it back, que at the bar is a joke, always have to wait 15/20minutes to get served, forget items off the meals, forget to bring cutlery out, order sides and they don’t come with the main. The most recent time we had to wait 1hr and 30mins for our food for it to then come with missing food and cold, no cutlery and the food was also burnt and not up to standard. Asked for rare steak it come almost well done. Staff aren’t bothered either and are unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend

First of all the high chairs where absolutely filthy. I sprayed that much anti bac on it an still had to scape food off it with a knife. Then ordered the yorkie wrap, i was surprised you actually had one this time, as the previous 5 times you didn’t. That was short lived the waitress came over 10 mins after ordering to say you don’t have any. So swapped for a carvery instead, bad choice as when we got there the meat was last bits and overly dry. Get to the veg, well i thought green beans where supposed to be green, god no’s how long they had been there, then no roast potato’s and you don’t no how long there going to be, low and behold no gravy, same as last time, so wait around again. Food stone cold. Gave this place a lot of chances, as it was new and everyone was learning the ropes, but it’s never improved. Piss poor quality

Once we actually got the carvery after waiting ages for someone to come and serve us, it was Luke warm at best and The beef was as tough as old boots. I Had to search for cutlery and napkins myself as none were on the table and the Food is as slow coming out of the kitchen as the chefs / warmer uppers are (They do like to hide in the back until there’s a few waiting) There was only 1 person serving behind the bar, and 1 waitress that was walking round with a face like a wet weekend, along with another who just seemed to want to gossip about why Morrison’s has been shut all day! I Didn’t find the staff that were on today as friendly or helpful as usual! There seems to be a lack of organisation / efficiency in the place which is a shame as it was great when it first opened and could be again given some staff training and actually having the right amount of staff to satisfy customers! We Regret giving this place another try after the last visit when they had a lot of things unavailable and my elderly grandmother heard a member of staff shout to the chef to get out of the f***ing kitchen! All in all crap service and I wouldn’t bother going if I were u!

Been here 5 times in total food lovely first 4 times apart from no one ever serving on the calvery and waiting 20 mins each time last sunday though shocking all food came out seperate missing sides my fish was cremated no chips hardly on plate told two members of staff items missing got one did not get other till food had been eaten sat there for anouther hour no one came to move the plates when asked if we liked the food said it was so she huffed and walked off manager did not care either no apoligises very poor for an new pub will be going back to the sizzler from now on

Been a few times now just to give the place the benefit of the doubt that it’s a new pub starting up and there’s bond to be hiccups. But now it’s been open abit now and the service and the food has just got worse. I ordered a steak rare and it came out well done My other halves mix grill was very dry to the point it was hard to chew and swallow. The time before we waited almost a hour for desserts when it was a very quiet day. Safe to say the staff are not interested it’s like they know the food and service is really bad. Won’t be going here anymore there other better places to eat. Shame really. Had the potential to be a good pub.

Awful. Plastic pub, plastic food. I was at the bar when a customer approached the 'Manager' who looked about 10. The mens toilets are flooded he said. He walked out the pub, she pulled her face at him. There was some young bloke milling around the bar in a cap writing things down and not serving. We ordered 2 steaks, 1 Medium, and 1 well done. They were both served very well done. I eat mine and half of the wife's, who struggled with it. Chips were just warm, and the 'Grilled Tomato' served with it hadn't seen the pan, and was cold. The Mushroom was a button mushroom and was hiding under a couple of cold chips. I went up the bar and ordered a drink as i was a bit dehydrated after eating a scorched cow. A Wainwright Bitter and Fosters please. She went over to the soft drinks dispenser and put some lemonade in the bottom of the glass, then proceeded to put the lager in. I said i asked for a bitter and a lager. No you didn't she said, you asked for a lager top. My wife has never drunk a lager top in her life, and besides this she put the lemonade in 1st which makes it a lager shandy anyway ? She pulls a new lager and slams it down in front of me, lovely girl, very polite i thought ? 1st and last visit. Marstons you really need to sort out your staff training. We won't be back.

Awful, visited twice. Once the first week it opened then again a few weeks ago. We had given them the benefit of the doubt it being their first week but the second time was just sheer laziness. Kids fish fingers returned due to them swimming in dark brown fat, when the new ones eventually came back they were burnt. No care and attention to the food they are serving. The rest of the meals were tasteless and cheap. Very disappointed, this should be a goldmine it's so sorely needed but they have ruined it, needs better management. Will not be returning until they do.

At the start of the opening of this pub the food was outstanding and every time I have been here since it’s got worse. The mash on the carvery is lumpy and the meat is dry also the kids meals are as if they were microwaved. Such a shame as it’s clean and staff are friendly but the food isn’t upto standard anymore and I only live 2 mins away would be an ideal pub for us to eat at, at least once a week.

All I ever see is how unhappy the staff are and hear how poorly they are treated by mangement which puts me off ever coming back here unhappy staff means the customer service will be lacking and understandably so I have heard many bad things nd have only been once myself which was a bad experience in regards to food being undercooked the carvery having multiple hairs in the food and attitude of staff being poor but in all fitness you can't expect staff to put their all in the way they are treated I fully lay blame at management and not at the actuall staff
