Whitestone Lakehouse

We've stayed at Whitestone Lakehouse with both family and friends and always have a great time. It's beautiful, spacious and relaxing! Lots to do (or not do) for everyone. Great place to unwind, enjoy time away, and be closer to nature. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We rented this amazing lakehouse from Mark and Kim and we couldn't be happier. We had been looking forward to it for months since we first found it and saw the pictures. It blew all of our expectations away. The cottage is breathtaking from the moment you walk in. We had 10 adults and 4 small children and it never once felt crowded with all the space and rooms. The great room is something that needs to be seen in person to get the full effect. It has so many great areas of the home to relax, socialize or the kids to play in. The kitchen was very spacious and great for preparing meals for a large group. The massive property itself is great for exploring. We saw multiple deer throughout the week on the way down to the water and saw a moose on our last day there. The dock is huge which was great for the size of the group we had. The water is excellent for swimming and we caught some nice fish right off the dock. We LOVED this place. We still haven’t stopped talking about it. The only thing better than the cottage itself was how accommodating and awesome Mark and Kim were. They are amazing hosts and make you feel like family when you are there. They always took our call or text if we had a question. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are hoping to get back up here again soon and I can only imagine how cool this place would be in the winter as well.

We have spent 5 family vacations here the past 5 summers. A great place that is big enough to hold our family. We typically have a gathering of 20-22 people. This place appeals to our whole family from the avid outdoorsman, to the bookworm, to the kids who enjoy both indoors and out. Great fishing right off the dock and a nice quiet spot on Whitestone lake. Owners are very accommodating and great hosts.
