Willows is an excellent dental practice, fully 'patient' focused. From text reminders of your appointments to the greeting you get as you arrive they couldn't do more to make you feel welcome. I have been going to Willows for many years and just recently had an implant. The treatment from start to finish was 5 star, full explanations of the process, excellent work done and I am delighted with the result.

The whole family uses Willows and their treatment of the children is equally excellent making the whole process a pleasure rather than a chore!

What can I say, a trip to the dentist like no other. It was an initial booking for our family as new patients and I feel like as if every member of staff there goes above and beyond with their service.

We were welcomed and made to feel at ease and had everything explained to us in great detail.

My two children loved it, and got a sticker, as did myself and my husband! My children also got a balloon animal created by Neel himself!



They can't wait to go back!

So as one of the worlds most frightened and cowardly patients, I recently received the wonderful news that I required some “light root canal work” and a crown fitting, all to be done within a couple of weeks due to a planned business trip to India....Vicky accommodated the time requirement without question and did the job! I can only say, absolutely brilliant and totally painless.......� thanks

My experience at the Willows has been first class. I neglected my teeth for many years and knew I had to conquer my fear due to a lot of pain. From day 1 when I was in tears at just how much work I needed to yesterday a total of 7 months I have been treated with such amazing care, every single person who works in the Practise is so caring & lovely. I now, thanks to Neel have an amazing smile and absolutely no pain, but the biggest thing of all is I have no fear of going to the dentist.

If anyone is contemplating dental implants... I can highly recommend Willows, they have the whole package...they take away all the fear.. from the wonderfully skilled staff to the state of the art equipment. Having just had 5 implants, I was literally shocked when told they were finished. The time in the chair whizzed by and was not at all uncomfortable or scary and was painless. The healing may take some time, but that's down to me, not the dentistry... if you are considering implants .. please .. Speak to Willows. You will not regret it. I can't wait for my new smile in a few months time.

I simply can’t praise my new dentist, Willows, enough - I used to be really anxious when it came to dental appointments, but all that is a thing of the past. Now I genuinely look forward to my visits and how special the team make me feel. So a massive thank you to all the staff for everything you’ve already done for me!

I needed to find a dentist fast but after a bad experience 10 years ago it wasn't something I wanted to do.

About six months ago I rang willows and the lovely Julie at reception listened to my fear and managed to invite me in just for a consultation.

Fast forward six months and I have had loads of work done and so has my husband.

I am now going on another journey on the beauty side. I'm feeling very nervous but very excited too.



You will be made to feel welcome every time you walk through the door of willows dentist and any fears you have will soon disappear.

I had an amazing experience at Willows Dental and implant centre. Neel was superb. I had 9 implants plus other work which I was a bit worried about to be honest like most people are when they go to the dentist. However I hardly felt a thing. The service was very professional and I was never anxious between one appointment and the next because I had every faith in Neel my dentist. He made me feel really relaxed and I just felt in safe hands. Would highly recommend to friends and relatives.

I can't rate the Willows anything less than 5 stars. My treatment started in February last year and It was safe to say I had neglected maintenance on my teeth for some time, to the point that i was too scared to go. I decided to bite the bullet and arranged a consultation to find out what work was required and how far i wanted to go with it all. From that first appointment right until the end, the team have been amazing! As many people have said, the experience you get there really does make a massive difference to how you feel towards dentists. I just love going now. So thank you very much Willows, my experience with you guys has been life changing! I look forward to maintaining our relationship........10/10

Had a dreaded rear extraction yesterday. After weeks of pain I was quite apprehensive. This morning I got up with a normal face. No pain, no discomfort and the extraction actually entailed less than 10 minutes in the chair. Great job!

Great experience from start to finish at the willows. Donna and Julie at the front desk made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Jas the dentist did a great job on a previous filling I was having problems with. The treatment was painless and a pleasant experience. Finally Laura the hygienist left my mouth sparkling after a tidy up. Great service. Thank you Willows.

Cannot fault the Willows. Needed an emergency appt for my nephew as he has had a pretty bad accident in Portugal to his mouth ...flying back the next day....unfortunately simply couldn't get to surgery by early evening due to motorway traffic....my nephew is now booked in for first appt Monday. ...fabulous service....spot on where children are concerned.

Both me and my dad (who is a nervous patient) are currently undergoing treatment at Willows and we couldnt be happier. Fantastic painfree treatment and wonderful staff. Being an extremely nervous patient is bad enough but even more so when last year I broke a tooth and was in agony for so long on and off. This dental practice was recommended to me so I booked an appointment and was seen by Liam who instantly made me feel at ease. After a year and a half of on and off pain I plucked up the courage to have the extraction today along with other work in my mouth under sedation. Why I waited so long I don't know and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone. Thank you to each and every member of staff there that has finally made me feel like I can have regular appointments without a worry in the world!!

As a nervous patient who had not been to the dentist for a while, I joined Willows a couple of years ago. All the dentists I saw put my mind at ease and were very reassuring and helpful. The treatments I am currently having are with Grace the hygienist. She is brilliant , and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Always have a great experience at Willows Dental. I started coming here last year when I wanted to look into options for braces. Always a warm welcome and helpful explanations, all the staff there are friendly and welcoming and put you at ease. My braces only took six months and I am so pleased with the results, my teeth look fantastic! I have used their emergency service on a Saturday and was seen within an hour- fantastic service always. Would recommend them to all my friends and family- in fact, quite a few of them now come here! Wonderful, thank you!
