Social enterprise run by Cyrenians providing work experience to unemployed young people in Coventry. Selling fairtrade coffee, vintage and upcycled clothes

Windsor’s and Refreshed is a social enterprise which was opened by local homeless charity Coventry Cyrenians in 2012 - it's a cafe, clothes boutique and furniture Emporium all in one. Since it opened, nearly 200 people of all ages have benefited from volunteering, work experience and training opportunities with a significant number of them moving directly into permanent employment or returning to full time education. All profits made by the enterprise goes directly back into Coventry Cyrenians to help the homeless and vulnerably housed in Coventry & Warwickshire.

The Windsor’s cafe offers an extensive menu, including cooked breakfasts, baked potatoes, paninis and sandwiches to complement our high standard of fair-trade coffee and other drinks. Windsor’s and Refreshed is rated higher than the more familiar multinational coffee chains on TripAdvisor. After enjoying your food and beverage, you can check out our quality donated garments in Refreshed and the vintage goods in the Emporium. It is a mix of classy coffee, free Wi-Fi, quirky surroundings, a relaxed atmosphere and retro goods which has made us a favourite with locals in Coventry. Windsor's coffee shop is named in memory of former Coventry Cyrenians employee and local socialist Councillor, Rob Windsor.
