For all the Wolverson Weekend Warriors training at home this weekend!🐺💪 . Try this workout from @courtneypruce KETTLEBELL WORKOUT! 🏋🏼‍♀️ Here is a home strength circuit for you all to try! This is a full body workout that requires just one kettlebell and a small bit of floor space 👌🏼 I performed this as a circuit, resting around 90s between rounds (but adjust to suit) and only a short rest to transition between exercises during. I would recommend 3-5 rounds.
... A1. Sumo deadlift high pull x 10-12 reps A2. Staggered RDL x 10 reps es A3. Hand release press ups (in your knees if you need - no KB required for this movement) A4. Weighted dead bug x 10-12 alternating, with a 2” pause every rep (you can always perform this movement without the kettlebell if it’s too advanced)
