I have heard the same about this letting agent. Would not recommend this company.

Woodhead lettings have been the worst estate agents we have ever had to deal with. On inspection the things they picked up on such as the odd scuff on a wall in the property they wanted fixing immediately. It's just general wear and tear! The land lord also wanted his property back in his hands and we were not informed about this. It took me to phone up to ask a question about the property for them to then inform us we have to be out the property in 2 weeks. If I had not made the phone call we would have not known. We managed to leave the property after a horrible experience with the company then to obviously want our deposit back. I was informed by the manager that the bedroom needed painting back to its original colour before we move out which I did do so.. Woodhead are now refusing to give us our full deposit back as things were left such as a sponge in the sink.. and a anti slip mat

In the shower that was not there originally.. carpets were not hovered etc.



Terrible experience and I will be sure to tell everybody how terrible their service was



I was that heart broken with the pressure it has put on my family I don't even want the deposit back.

Was going to use these UNTIL I found out how they treated my close friends after finishing their tenancy. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional attitude & giving less notice than contractually obliged to find alternative accommodation & now withholding the deposit!! AVOID

Has anyone else had problems with the poor service as either a tenant or a landlord?

DO NOT USE WOODHEAD SALES AND LETTINGS, get lied to over the phone, received a flat that smelt terrible and was dirty, we payed every month in full and all we got was complaints and hassle when we rang to complain about lighting etc. We asked to end the tenancy yet two days later we had a letter sent to say we were being evicted and people were shown through our flat with out us knowing!! Getting fined for not handing the keys on time when that was clearly stated as not. The service over the phone was shocking and we had the phone put down to us most times we anquired about something... refuse to give a deposit back and ignore us when we speak to them about any quiery, no downtime they will be out of business soon going this way. If I could give 0 stars I would.
