Enjoy some warming seasonal specials in the cafe today... Pea and Leek Soup, served with a fresh bread. Shredded Beetroot Tagliatelle, beetroot cooked in sour cream and lemon, with a pinch of cayenne pepper, finished with Parmesan. Thai Style Butternut Squash & Black Bean Curry, squash cooked in coconut milk and red Thai curry paste, served with rice.
... The full cafe menu is also available. And don't forget those homemade cakes.

Worcester Woods, well worth a visit. Many members of our family (The Goode's) have been visiting for many years. Yesterday was a very special day when we got to visit a bench commissioned in memory of mum and dad. Positioned overlooking a wild flower meadow, made by the resident ranger from oak grown in the wood, this is the perfect tribute to them.

If you see our bench in memory of Maurice and Phyllis Goode, please sit down on it, enjoy the view and think about them. If you have a dog then even better !

Worcester Woods is a great place to visit. Dog and child friendly! Always visit every half term holiday with my Son and meet up with friends. There are always lots of different activities for children to do. We love walking in the woods, having coffee and cake and then take a trip to the park. I asked my three year old son what he likes about Worcester Woods and he said, “looking for the paw prints and eating their yummy cakes”!

User

What a wonderful place to spend an afternoon! We travelled from Gloucester to meet friends as a half way point and was definitely worth the journey, with gorgeous bluebells in the woods. My daughter utterly loved the play area, especially the slides. We shall return very soon to try the cafe, the menu looks fab!

User

We had a great afternoon out in the Autumn sunshine! Large, free car park, great kids play areas and beautiful woodland walks. All topped off with delicious cakes and drinks from the Orchard Cafe. We will definitely be back!

User

We always love it here and walk our dog around the fields and woods every weekend. The car park is large and free and the toilet facilities and cafe are excellent.

User

Took my two kids yesterday and we had a brilliant day xx parking is free which is a bonus as most places you have to pay do have to drive around a few times to get a space but to park for free cannot moan x lovely big open spaces. Will have to say tho my kids got on the bouncy castle and it was really hot so had to take them off other than that it was a brilliant day and will be coming again xxc

User

I love it here. My kids are 8, 6 and 3 and also enjoy coming here for picnics, walks in the woods, playing in the park area and treats from the cafe. Great, affordable crafts during holidays too. Often bring visiting familt/friends here as it's so easy to get to from Malvern and suits all ages.

User

Great place, been coming here for years since my eldest was small. He is now 23 years old!! I remember the boot sales too on a Sunday, shame those stopped the woods and fields are great for the dogs too!

User

Great open space, no car parking charges. Good to walk the dog through the woods, families can use the fields for picnics and games, café and conveniences. 1st trip and definitely not the last.

User

Beautiful woods, amazing meadows for dog walking, great play area and lovely cafe.

User

Absolutely brilliant free day out with kids young and old. Especially loved the wood walk... back to nature lovely to get the kids out away from all the modern technology. Beautiful bluebells and scenery in the woods.Playpark, fields and little train ride a bonus. Also great to relax with a cuppa and watch the kids play.

User

We visited for the first time yesterday 21/10/16. As a family we enjoyed it all round. The kids (9 & 11 yrs) liked the playground & the forest walk it was short enough for younger ones. It suggests it takes 40mins but we did it in 20mins so we walked around twice (suited the pushchair too). The food was lovely quite expensive, it was a nice treat. We would definitely visit again, its perfect for families with young children. Lots of squirrels and kids spotted a young rabbit munching away for a good few minutes before hopping away. My only criticism - it was a shame to see rubbish in the pond, bottles that looked liked they'd been in there a while, but it didn't spoil our experience.

User

Please can you make it clear to those who lack dog poo etiquette, that even if your dog decides to go to the loo off the main path, you still have to pick it up?! I politely suggested that a fellow walker do this, to which the reply reflected the above. Since when do children keep to the path, and more to the point, why would we want them to. Maybe a MASSIVE sign is needed for those who just don't get it.

User

Lovely place to go with all the family including dogs. It would be nice if there was a separate area to get the treasure hunt cards and then the prizes. We waited a long time in the cafe queue to pay to do treasure hunt and at the end I tried to make my 6 year old a bit more independent and sent her into the queue to get her prize for her to be ignored by staff and customers that just kept ordering over her head! Would be nice to see signs for the longer walk that's done on the park runs for a bit of variety. Overall for a cheap/free day out this is well worth a visit

User

Fab place for all the family including the dog. We go regularly for a walk in the woods, and we do prefer to take a picnic as the cafe is overpriced and not really foods that everyone likes. The park is huge for the kids and the carpark is free so fab for a free day out!

User

A nice place to take the kids and dog the only thing that let it was down was the lack of organisation about the treasure hunt for the kids (none printed off and having to wait 15 min to print some

Off) other than that a gray place with friendly staff 👍

User

Love walking the woods but was very disappointed by lack of dog bins in the woods.

User

I go walking in the woods everyday it is a fantastic place, my only gripe is that all dogs should be kept on a lead in the woods, not everyone loves your dog!!!!

User

The woods are a great place to explore however we were very disappointed with The Orchard Cafe when told we were not allowed to have our small dog inside after we purchased teas and cakes. I would suggest a sign on the door to to tell people. It’s very embarrassing for your customers. Will not be returning.

The scones were also dry.
