Spent a lovely day here (10/08/17) as non members. The staff are so helpful, the cafe is fabulous great food and not over price. My friend and I both had treatments. My friend had a neck, back and shoulder massage with Jasmine and said it was the best she had ever had....5 stars to jasmine. I had my nails done and they are faboulous. The whole place was spotless too....thank you so much Wye Leisure for a great, relaxing day.

My friend and I came to Wye Leisure for the first time today. Facilities are great. We both enjoyed a relaxing massage off Gail and Jasmine. We are going to make it a regular occurrence and can't wait to try the gym on our next visit �

Lovely place to relax and go swimming sometimes and spa and it is better than public swimming pool cos it is more clean than public swimming pool and foods and drinks R good

Love this health spa the people are so friendly and caring.. the gym is great fun and you get to know the staff and regulars and it makes for a really enjoyable experience.. I love my time here to come and chill and relax... recommended to my friends who have also joined now as members... Well worth the fees.. thank you for making my time amazing while being at the gym xx

It was a gorgeous bright winters day so the outdoor hot tub was made more enjoyable. I like that there is a UV screen. The food from the coffee shop was delicious and substantial. The only downside as a day visitor on a Friday was that obviously members take up their spots for the day very early on so we couldn't get loungers. Timed leaving just right as at around 4 the changing room became a stressful place swamped with school children.

Had a fantastic leisurely morning swimming and relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi's with family at Wye leisure. Would definitely join if I lived near. Cafe good too. Being vegan they helped me with my choices. Yummy healthy smoothies too.

Great place with great facilities backed up with great service. It's the best place in Hereford to relax!

Enjoyed an amazing day at Wye Leisure after receiving vouchers for my birthday. Made extra special by an incredible Facial and Indian Head Massage from Martha!

Martha was extremely professional and created a perfect, relaxing atmosphere! Definitely the best treatments I’ve ever had! Thank you much!

We've travelled from Worcestershire to spend a few days in the area and stumbled across this amazing health club purely by chance. Spent the last 2 days using the glorious facilities. How lucky are the local people to have such a wonderfully designed, functional and pleasant leisure club. One of the best spa facilities we've ever been to. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely return.

Having a separate adult pool is the main benefit and being able to lie on a lounger by the pool and have coffee served by very friendly staff.

Also like the outside hydrotherapy pool, especially in summer.

Only criticism is that repairs take an overlong time.

Otherwise I love it.

If you charge top dollar you need to be the best and at the moment it's more like the Halo gym which is a third of the price! Be better......

I have been a member for around two years I feel it is all looking a little tired in certain areas . I feel it would be good to close for a whole day and a deep clean re paint all required it's all very well putting the price up but I feel you need to improve on the cleanliness before price increase.

I have been a guest here many times over the past year and was seriously thinking of becoming a member however, the outside Hydro Pool is often too cold in temperature, when my friend who is a member complained we were made to feel as if we were were the only ones complaining, yet there were lots of other people we were talking with who had the same complaints. We were told back in November that there was a problem with the pump and they were waiting for a new one, that was 5 months ago! Can't they keep the pool at a good hot temperature? One day it is nice and hot and the next day the temperature can drop dramatically and is only warm. One member suggested that they keep the temperature low to save money... We also reported bulbs that had gone, months and months ago and still they have not been changed. The floors in the steam room is disgusting with black mould and overall cleanliness is of a low standard, walking around kissing the tiles with a mop and bucket does NOT actually clean the tiles. This would be a fantastic facility, but unfortunately the management are missing vital attention to detail and often not listening to their members and guests.

I am leaving the club for three key reasons. One directors indifference and indeed rudeness to members. Never been told before that "I have more important matters to focus on than customers". This attitude is reflected in a lack of willingness to hear feedback too.

The class booking system is useless. You get priority if you are at the class one week for the next which results in people turning up when unwell so as not to loose their space and leaving part way through. Once off a class it can take 6 or even 8 weeks to get back in. The reserve list seems to be a joke as I have frequently been told I am first reserve yet have not been contacted when others have. And have turned up just in case to find others have been prioritised. They phone you once and if you don't respond they go down the list so your chance is gone for another week. The number of classes is very limited (a victim of their own popularity according to a director) and none at the weekend.

The third reason is a lack of cleanliness. The cleaning may happen overnight but by the following evening the floor is so full of hairs and dirt. The outdoor hydropool has mould all around it.

The instructors when you can getj into classes are excellent and the facilities are great. Such a waste! Without the facilities there would have been no stars!

Interestingly five days after initiating my cancellation of membership I have had no acknowledgement, not response to a follow-up phone call and when I spoke about leaving to a female receptionist she shrugged her shoulders. No director or admin staff seems to care about why I am leaving nor the broader customer experience.

Okay so I near off pay £60 a month yet the gym is always rammed! It's a nice place to train (when you can actually get in) Either expand your gym or limit your memberships! Why should someone be expected to pay to dollar for something you can't even use!

I called yesterday to renew my membership and spoke to a member of the reception team. I was told that I would just have to pay for the rest of this month and May £130 that was no problem. Only to return today and be charged £185 when I spoke to the manager to ask him why he explained that he had charged me a joining fee. When I explained that I had spoken to someone on reception he said that I wouldn't have been told that implying that I had made it up. So I then said maybe I should just have a refund and cancel my membership. He said that's fine and gave me a refund. That's what they think of members.



I am appalled at the service that I revived today. And would advise anyone to think twice about joining.

We've travelled from Worcestershire to spend a few days in the area and stumbled across this amazing health club purely by chance. Spent the last 2 days using the glorious facilities. How lucky are the local people to have such a wonderfully designed, functional and pleasant leisure club. One of the best spa facilities we've ever been to. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely return.

Having a separate adult pool is the main benefit and being able to lie on a lounger by the pool and have coffee served by very friendly staff.

Also like the outside hydrotherapy pool, especially in summer.

Only criticism is that repairs take an overlong time.

Otherwise I love it.

Going in the evenings changing facilities are not as clean as I would like but my only big moan is the indoor jacuzzis are coldish and use horrible chemicals which make my skin itchy so i avoid them. Been a member just short of a year and I notice it's starting to feel like members are a bit of an inconvenience to "some" members of staff. Some of the machines have had broken screens since the start of December and still aren't fixed. If you charge top dollar you need to be the best and at the moment it's more like the Halo gym which is a third of the price! Be better......

I have been a member for around two years I feel it is all looking a little tired in certain areas . I feel it would be good to close for a whole day and a deep clean re paint all required it's all very well putting the price up but I feel you need to improve on the cleanliness before price increase.

I have been a guest here many times over the past year and was seriously thinking of becoming a member however, the outside Hydro Pool is often too cold in temperature, when my friend who is a member complained we were made to feel as if we were were the only ones complaining, yet there were lots of other people we were talking with who had the same complaints. We were told back in November that there was a problem with the pump and they were waiting for a new one, that was 5 months ago! Can't they keep the pool at a good hot temperature? One day it is nice and hot and the next day the temperature can drop dramatically and is only warm. One member suggested that they keep the temperature low to save money... We also reported bulbs that had gone, months and months ago and still they have not been changed. The floors in the steam room is disgusting with black mould and overall cleanliness is of a low standard, walking around kissing the tiles with a mop and bucket does NOT actually clean the tiles. This would be a fantastic facility, but unfortunately the management are missing vital attention to detail and often not listening to their members and guests.

I am leaving the club for three key reasons. One directors indifference and indeed rudeness to members. Never been told before that "I have more important matters to focus on than customers". This attitude is reflected in a lack of willingness to hear feedback too.

The class booking system is useless. You get priority if you are at the class one week for the next which results in people turning up when unwell so as not to loose their space and leaving part way through. Once off a class it can take 6 or even 8 weeks to get back in. The reserve list seems to be a joke as I have frequently been told I am first reserve yet have not been contacted when others have. And have turned up just in case to find others have been prioritised. They phone you once and if you don't respond they go down the list so your chance is gone for another week. The number of classes is very limited (a victim of their own popularity according to a director) and none at the weekend.

The third reason is a lack of cleanliness. The cleaning may happen overnight but by the following evening the floor is so full of hairs and dirt. The outdoor hydropool has mould all around it.

The instructors when you can getj into classes are excellent and the facilities are great. Such a waste! Without the facilities there would have been no stars!

Interestingly five days after initiating my cancellation of membership I have had no acknowledgement, not response to a follow-up phone call and when I spoke about leaving to a female receptionist she shrugged her shoulders. No director or admin staff seems to care about why I am leaving nor the broader customer experience.

Okay so I near off pay £60 a month yet the gym is always rammed! It's a nice place to train (when you can actually get in) Either expand your gym or limit your memberships! Why should someone be expected to pay to dollar for something you can't even use!

I called yesterday to renew my membership and spoke to a member of the reception team. I was told that I would just have to pay for the rest of this month and May £130 that was no problem. Only to return today and be charged £185 when I spoke to the manager to ask him why he explained that he had charged me a joining fee. When I explained that I had spoken to someone on reception he said that I wouldn't have been told that implying that I had made it up. So I then said maybe I should just have a refund and cancel my membership. He said that's fine and gave me a refund. That's what they think of members.



I am appalled at the service that I revived today. And would advise anyone to think twice about joining.

Spent a lovely day here (10/08/17) as non members. The staff are so helpful, the cafe is fabulous great food and not over price. My friend and I both had treatments. My friend had a neck, back and shoulder massage with Jasmine and said it was the best she had ever had....5 stars to jasmine. I had my nails done and they are faboulous. The whole place was spotless too....thank you so much Wye Leisure for a great, relaxing day.

My friend and I came to Wye Leisure for the first time today. Facilities are great. We both enjoyed a relaxing massage off Gail and Jasmine. We are going to make it a regular occurrence and can't wait to try the gym on our next visit �

Lovely place to relax and go swimming sometimes and spa and it is better than public swimming pool cos it is more clean than public swimming pool and foods and drinks R good

Love this health spa the people are so friendly and caring.. the gym is great fun and you get to know the staff and regulars and it makes for a really enjoyable experience.. I love my time here to come and chill and relax... recommended to my friends who have also joined now as members... Well worth the fees.. thank you for making my time amazing while being at the gym xx

It was a gorgeous bright winters day so the outdoor hot tub was made more enjoyable. I like that there is a UV screen. The food from the coffee shop was delicious and substantial. The only downside as a day visitor on a Friday was that obviously members take up their spots for the day very early on so we couldn't get loungers. Timed leaving just right as at around 4 the changing room became a stressful place swamped with school children.

Had a fantastic leisurely morning swimming and relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi's with family at Wye leisure. Would definitely join if I lived near. Cafe good too. Being vegan they helped me with my choices. Yummy healthy smoothies too.
