Before I started I thought you already had to be strong to be able to do pole dancing and soon found out that isn't the case! The strength you build week on week is shocking and you soon amaze yourself with what you can achieve! Highly recommend these girls. Everyone should give pole a go! :)

I'm addictive to this form of exercise, the staff are great doesn't matter how good or bad you are they bring it he best out of you. If you are sat thinking I'd like to give it ago,stop thinking and get down there the ladies will only be happy to see you x

I absolutely loved my first lesson!!! Ladies make you feel at ease!!!! Really good instructors!!!! Beautiful studio!!! 100% Recommended!!!!!! I have been four times now and I feel absolutely fantastic!!! Don't think it's not for you! Try it honestly it might change your life! It's changed mine for the better!!!

First time, and really enjoyed it! Seriously chuffed, I went from I cant do that to smashing it, I havent been able to do a headstand since I was a child. Staff are lovely and very supportive. Would Highly reccomend xxx

First ever time on a pole tonight in the beginners group with my friend. The instructor is so nice and makes you feel welcoming and comfortable. You learn so much in your first lesson too, but it's not rushed at all. She's so helpful. Can't wait to go back next week ÔŅĹ

Brilliant place and the instructors are amazing, especially Lianne. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and everyone is friendly, don't know what I'd be doing without it now! I look forward to my lessons every week and love how we all have a laugh. Amazing place, couldn't fault it! X
