Yates Hereford Description
Formerly known as the Litten Tree, Yates’s Hereford is a brand new venue built to the highest specification for your comfort and relaxation. We offer fantastic meal deals, starting from £2. 99 for a main dish or two meals for £7. 95. We show all live football matches on our big screens, so come down and watch all the sporting action with us this summer. In the evening we transform into what can only be described as a fantastic evening venue, with our DJs entertaining you until the early hours. We have facilities for those with disabilities, as well as baby-changing facilities. And to top it all off, were voted ‘National Bar Team of the Year’, in 2010 – The Publican Awards.

We came in for a cocktail class and Amy was so lovely and really friendly. We had such a lovely time she was super bubbly.
My mum and dad really enjoyed their selves today. They said their meal was beautiful best chicken they have tasted. And their pudding was gorgeous.
Hosted a hen party here , cocktail masterclass & food £25 well worth the money Amy & Ewan joined in our fun & made the evening better.Dealt with Sophie to make all the arrangements great communication & responds to emails promptly , nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff
Excellent-particularly lovely girls behind the bar who were excellent under very busy conditions
Came in today with my family for food the staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant food was excellent definatly coming back again xxx
Big thanks to the manager for Saturday night!! Got thrown out of Hogarths whilst still sober because they thought we might get too drunk and silly on my hen do. Yates manager apologised for the idiots next door treated us to bubbly and shots!! Thank you!!
Always loved Yates, when it was David Hayes fight for a free bottle of prosecco as a runner up from the competition! The manager was amazing met me at the door and was great! Great staff and management!!
We had a staff Christmas party of around 15 of us for a three course meal ! The tomato soup was nice , the beef burger was delicious and the chocolate torte very nice too .. free prosecco went down well and the girls serving friendly, efficient and polite so bonus there and also I thought drink prices were very reasonable also....Music was boring but hey that's my personal taste ! Thanks Yates hfd from k9 cares :)
Great venue for watching sport on screens dotted all around the pub, but under staffed on the bar for an evening of a play off final and a champions league final.. Went to the imperial for champions league final and got served very promptly every time even though the place was busy
Friendly and helpful staff, but our Sunday roast dinner was very disappointing. Roast beef was cut too thick and massively overcooked. Couldn’t cut through our Yorkshire puddings either.
We booked a Christmas buffet with you 16/12/2016 with the £10.45 per head option. This is the 4th year in a row that we have had our Christmas party at Yates Hereford but I have to say, we were very disappointed with the food this year, especially compared to the buffet's we've had at Yates in previous years and for less money per head. We had one less in our party than we had originally booked for but no-one came away with a full plate of food - if we had spent £10.45 on a main meal from the menu, we would have gotten a lot more. Also, having looked at the buffet list since, we did not receive the crudites that were listed. I have had many complaints from other members of the party and we will almost certainly look for alternative venues for next Christmas.
Ordered a breakfast which came with drink included in with price, so had pot of tea, the pot of milk came to the table with bits floating in it, the cups were dirty, the pots of tea were only half filled, the sausage was well over cooked and very dry, very disapointed with service.
Not the best took my food back had them had to wait long time to get it back no sorry then I've just had the chicken back nothing eles then my little boy was wait for is ice cream for hour we had a hosptail and miss is ice cream he was so upset due to the been busy Bec wearthspoon was close that what she say get more staff the staff was not very nice to me at all will not be going again

My group were charged 2 different prices for the same brand of processco (we bought 2) when mentioned to the bar staff, they seemed very annoyed at Me for even bringing it to their attention. I just got told they under priced the first one and tough luck basically! Very poor customer service
England v Sweden, pub was heaving, just 2 ppl tending bar, just a joke, def go some where else for the semi !!!!!!!!
Would come in once a week with a friend for lunch, always have bbq chicken melt ciabata and the last time I had it the next day I had food poisoning. Service of food was always questionable as food would come less than 5 minutes after ordering! wasn't going to write a review about my experience as I thought emailing the manager would get my issue resolved easier. So seems as I have waited over a month for a reply, I have a feeling that they are not bothered. Won't be returning for food.
Worst breakfast in town. Service was good but food was absolutely terrible
Ordered a jacket potato with tuna and cheese and soft drink for £5.95 the jacket was still hard so sent it back it came back the same it had only been cooked in microwave had a refund on the spud but when I tried to order a pudding for my daughter was told sorry the kitchen is closed not taking any orders not good on a Saturday afternoon
Not quit...forced out by a bully of a head chef who thinks its ok to change dates on food and serve ood food to customers. Managers feel its acceptable to finish as and when they want to drink at the bar.... micky mouse ran pub.. i will be on to EHO so id get cleaning phil!!
