Popped in Saturday lunchtime with my teenage daughter for a bite to eat.

Staff were exceptionally friendly...very clean and food was promptly brought to our table along with condiments.

I ordered a big breakfast which was very well cooked and delicious and my daughter had maple pancakes.

Nice cosy seating and a relaxed atmosphere. �

Glad Yates is back with vibrancy....welcome back except the fact the so called bouncers were making in appropriate comments aimed at young 'white' girls which is totally unacceptable....they are suppose to be there for the safety of ALL concerned respite of race colour with prejudice etc....not make judgements. You need to look at the attitudes of the bouncers you employ as the welfare of mainly the young women could be put at risk xxx

Me and my boyfriend who's 27 brought two beers and we're not brought up on the challenge 25 rule at the bar so took our drinks and sat down to then have a manager come over and ID us in an extremely rude manner and due to my boyfriend being 27 he did not have ID, we agreed to having his drink taken and respected this but asked for a refund to which she first very rudely refused. It was not our fault that the bar staff judged us as over 25 at first and we both feel very humiliated and upset about this situation. Don't recommend you go here as the management do not respect their customers at all.

I’m disgusted with the behaviour of the doormen at Yates in Solihull.

Last night my daughter was about to enter the club with her friends who had just gone in before her then the doorman grabbed her by the arm and pulled her off the steps and said “your banned your not coming in”. She had done nothing wrong and asked why his reply was “your rude”.

It probably has more to do with the fact that this so called doorman by the name of Anthony is in a relationship with my daughters best friend and he doesn’t like her for some reason.

Nevertheless he had no right assaulting my daughter or any other female in this way. He’s nothing but a bully and something needs to be done about it.

I’m very angry these people are supposed to be the ones making sure no trouble arises not causing it.

My daughter did not want to complain in fear of this person but I certainly will.
