We are West Midlands leading taxi and private hire firm we have been serving the needs of the community 15 years. We specialise in private hire vehicles, minibus and taxis to and from Birmingham Airport. We cover all of the west midlands to or from Birmingham Airport.

We have a wide range of vehicles including executive vehicles, estate vehicles, wheel chair accessible vehicles and eight seater mini buses.

We are the only company recommended by Walsall D. C and Walsall disability forum.

All drivers are professionally dressed (black trousers, white shirt and company tie)

All vehicles are fitted with state of the art satellite navigation system and G. P. S tracking module.

I have used yellow taxis and i have found that they are very good ,once to the airport and back and i did'nt arrange pick up untill we landed really good service

Hi yellow taxis picked us up from Birmingham Airport on Monday night they were quick and efficient . Driver was well mannered and the price was not bad either highly recommended.

Brilliant was running late to take kids to cinema so decided to just ring taxi and hope we'd make it.. phoned yellow taxis got picked up within 5 minutes and very friendly driver.. would definatly recommend this company

Booked over the phone. 2 trips. Lichfield to Birmingham airport at about 5AM. No problems. Then on our return we had problems. Had to sort out paperwork for luggage left in Doha. Then got stopped at customs. The taxi driver was very patient because we must have taken over 40 mins before we reached the taxi. Great service and fully appreciated and recommended.

Bit late but better late than never,

We used you guys after returning from our holiday a couple of weeks ago, although I have you the wrong flight number you still picked us up within a short period of time, nice polite guy too, very reasonable rates too, will definitely use again Thankyou ����

Always have a great service and lovely friendly helpful drivers although I do have one sulky poodle today on his birthday too because he didn't get his ride to get hair cut but all sorted with Base and he's going Thurs. He will forgive you then lol

Absolute brilliant service from Darlaston to airport kept in touch all the time was there on time for departure and arrival was very patient with disabled passenger we had with us kam the driver was very polite mini bus was spotless would recommend to family and friends £74 return excellent value for money

Tried phoning for a taxi for about 10 minutes. No one answered, so ended up walking. They shouldn't be too busy to answer at 6:30pm on a dry sunny evening.

Quoted £22 from Brownhills to Birmingham airport.

£2 extra for the drop off car park, okay, £24.

Driver then asked for another £2 whilst in the £2 drop off car park. I did say to him that your company already charged us £2 extra but was very persistent and unreasonable.

Won't be using again, especially with the extra charge added on top (which I've already paid for).

All I can grasp from the driver is that he's greedy with money and that's all he cares about considering he did not listen to me at all.

He probably pocketed the extra £2 unrecorded, probably does it with most people, cheers.

You want to have a word with driver 476 .... he decided to stop on the m42 slip road today to ask us for our postcode .. .. what a complete idiot .... endangering our lives and putting other motorway users in danger. All after leaving us waiting for 30 minutes ... and he had the audacity to be affronted when I told him he wasn't allowed to stop on a slip road on double reds ... he needs sacking!!!!

Told me 45 mins for taxi phoned back up see we’re it was said nothing available made me wait 45 mins for nothing also snotty on the phone

My fella ordered a taxi which he uses on a regularly basis, the taxi did not turn up when he rang he was told that the taxi is on his way and was literally 2 minutes away!! After a further 15 minutes he rang up to be ignored and no answer from the office after several attempts!! STILL NO TAXI after 30 minutes. My fella had no alternative to order from another taxi firm due to him now being late for work and loosing an hours pay � 45 minutes later yellow taxis turn up when my fella had already left!! Waste of time......

I’ve recommend this taxi firm but not after this week when I supposed to be picked back up from Birmingham. Ended up catching black cab back. Tried calling base but no one was picking up. Very disappointing but managed to get home safe

I have to say, last nights experience of using your firm for a return journey to the cinema was surreal to say the least.

We asked the driver "can you take us to the Spar?

To which he replied "No!

We initially thought the driver (Hassan) was joking and had a little chuckle about it, but then he turned in the wrong direction away from where we had requested.?

We asked why he wasn't taking us to our requested destination, he became silent.. we then persisted that we would like to go to the Spar and he said "ok to go to Spar is £10!

I asked why when the same journey was £6 with the same firm it was now £10, he argued that we didn't pay £6 so I asked him to contact the base to confirm this which he did not.

I then asked him if had heard of taxiadvisor? I informed him it was like trip advisor, he told me he didn't care.



I informed him he was quite possibly the worst taxi driver in the world and asked if he got out of bed the wrong side that day.



I have always had good experiences with Yellow Cars drivers and have to give credit for customer service when calling etc but Hassan really needs to work on his customer relations and really think about working in a service industry such as taxis if he doesn't like to provide that service to customers.

Got taxi from Walsall town to casino last night there was no meter shown so we joked around saying it must be free but still paid rang up the base to ask for taxi and explained what had happened on way back for him to be so rude and horrrible to us we waited 20 mins for taxi so rang base back up to say that we never ordered no taxi so they sent one when it came they had put a 20 pound on meter already it was starting price � when it only cost 7 pound normally so rang up taxi base to be told I either like it or get someone else he is a joke how he spoke to us we always use this taxi base and we will never use again hate hate hate

Booked a mini bus to take us to the airport phoned the night before to confirm as early morning pickup yellow cars confirmed mini bus was booked, phoned in the morning to see where they were and they said they didn’t have a mini bus or any cars available then had to frantically phone round and pay over the odds to get us there on time, do not use!!

Awful service provided yesterday for our return airport transfer. Our original expected pick up time was 04.45 we arrived back 35 minutes ahead of schedule so contacted the office straight away where we were advised the driver was on his way via a drop off in Wolverhampton.Flight number was given on our journey to the airport where we thought you would track the planes so you arrive prompt although I can understand that you may of only be able to arrive at original specified time 04.45.

At 5.17 (over 30 minutes late!) we had still not been picked up and were cold and tired after our journey so my husband rang the office and was told they would get the driver to contact him. No call received so husband rang again at 5.26. Driver then called at 5.28 to say he was 15 minutes away. Still did not arrive so the office was contacted again at 5.53 where my husband was told the reg number and that the driver was on the car park! He was not but did eventually arrive a few minutes with a hen do drop off so in all over an hour and 10 minutes late but obviously we were early arriving and if you were a professional company and checking and tracking flights like other taxi company's (we witnessed many people leave the terminal and get in taxis that were ready and waiting for them!) we would not have to complain!

It is plain to see you have 'killed two birds with one stone' by taking other people to the airport and to be honest being an hour and 10 late your driver would have had time to have taken us home and picked up the others and got them to the airport on time! Especially with his erratic driving! Felt quite scared at how fast he drove!

I was firm with your driver when he arrived because it took more time for the other group to disembark and I said you are over an hour and 10 late and it's because you've picked these up! Where one of the girls became rude to me saying they had a booking! But so did we!

Also one of your seat belts didn't work

Your driver did apologise when we arrived but too little too late!

This happened to us with your company last year and I never complained then!

We do have another airport booking with yourselves for Saturday but are currently looking at other more professional companies and will not use your service again!

And reading through the comments on here we are not the only ones that this has happen to
