Her newborn son suffered with rashes from disposable nappies, so she explored the idea of reusable nappies instead. Living in Mexico, Ixchel found there wasn't as much variety available for her as there was in the US and Europe. Soon after starting her cloth nappy creating adventure, Ixchel realised the business potential of her homemade nappies, so together with her husband they launched Ecopipo.

Yes bébé has been amazing during real nappy week (when we discovered them) and haven't disappointed since. Their customer service is truly the best, they'll do all they can to meet my crazy requests � never had an issue with any order or product.

What an amazing company! Katie from customer service was so friendly and helpful when I was ordering my sons birthday presents, even answering my questions late at night out of office hours. The products arrived quickly, extremely well packaged and I absolutely love them! All companies should take a leaf out of their book. Will definitely be buying from again x

We started a holztiger subscription and have not been disappointed! The team have picked fantastic choices of animals and it’s lovely having a surprise every month! The customer service is fantastic and they respond very quickly to resolve any issues. Looking forward to more of our subscription to come!

We made our first order a little over a month ago and we have now had many more! We’ve had toys as well as eco friendly home items for plastic free July. They stock so many items that when you are trying to be more careful over what you buy you can be confident that anything you find (and that will be a lot that you just simply NEED!) are all kind to the environment. Customer service is brilliant, communication is always prompt, polite and extremely helpful and delivery is always quick too! Highly recommended 5 stars just isn’t enough!

The customer service team was brilliant at guiding me through setting up an account and my first order and the delivery came so quickly. :) Just need it to be my daughter's birthday so we can play. Already looking at my second order. :)

Owners have strict ethical requirements for what they stock - something very important to me and nice to be able to shop freely and trust they’ve done the research for me. Also customer service has always been top notch. Only shopping since around Christmas time but have made a loyal customer of me.

One of our many items had a fault which was resolved really quickly - customer service were really helpful and ensured I was able to receive a suitable replacement. The items I've bought have been great quality and perfect for us. Couldn't recommend more.

It's not just the selection of stuff they have but for me its the community that comes with it; a Facebook group, Instagram challenges, regular discounts and prompts to think more about how to live with fewer single use plastic. Also the website is great, super user friendly.
