Great photos from the hosts of our monthly Open Mic, the supremely talented Whose Hands Are These. A great event to come along to, even just to relax and enjoy, 3-6pm on Sunday 9th December.
If you'd like something more chilled out but no less enjoyable, then please join us for our Acoustic Session, 7.30pm on Sunday 16th December.

On tap this week - Hobsons Brewery Best, Wye Valley Brewery Bitter, Lancaster Brewery Mosaic, and on next Swan Brewery Green Swan. Later in the week Swan Gold and a debut #tileysbrewery at the Yew Tree - Simcoe Centennial pale ale!

Or stay with us....

A great visit just north of Hereford....

Yet more stunning images from Dave - we are so lucky living here!

User

If you missed it before now, we're looking forward to a visit from Hallets Cider in just a few weeks at our Cider Club November 2018 - Hallet's Real Cider. For just £10 you get tastings of several ciders, a light buffet afterwards, and most importantly, a fantastic opportunity to learn so much about cidermaking from the wealth of knowledge that Andy will share with us.

User

There are some wonderful local events around here - stay on our site, visit the craft fair, have a few of our ciders or 3, stay for Sunday roast before heading home....

User

What a gorgeous time to be here in the Wye Valley - and perfect weather for exploring!

User

Every month we have an OPEN MIC session! Second Sundays at 3-6pm. See you on Sunday the 11th. Hosted as usual by the inimitable Whose Hands Are These please come down and join us for an afternoon of musical fun.

User

We're on the doorstep! Fabulous time of year to explore the area - why not book a pitch....

User

A great charity that we are very proud to support.

User

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Cider Club last weekend with Gregg's Pit Cider & Perry. If you haven't been to a Cider Club yet, you are missing out! It is a fantastic opportunity to have an intimate tasting experience with the makers and most of all, learn from them.
We are all really grateful to James for being so open and generous with what he shared, and that goes for all the producers who have come to talk to us. So do not miss out!
We have two more Cider Club's this year - Cider Club November 2018 - Hallet's Real Cider and Cider Club December 2018 - Seb's Cider! Andy Hallett and Seb Hughes are two fantastic cidermakers and absolutely lovely people. It's well worth coming along to meet them.

User

We love the cider and also the gorgeous Norman!

User

What luck to find this gem! Friendly and comfortable. Fantastic food and cider. Thumbs up from this family!

User

Well we found a real gem here.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome.

The campsite is good with a choice of electric hook up or not.

Showers and toilets too..

In the pub was real good food and it was a cider man's idea of heaven.

There is entertainment at the weekends and just the kind of music we like.

There's a shop just 200yds up the road with everything you may need.

All in all a real gem and we will be back soon

User

We had a very enjoyable bike club lunchtime meeting at the Yew Tree. Excellent home cooked food and good beer, a very pleasant landlord and staff, all went to put this pub on the map for a place to visit.

User

Very friendly country pub with great beer and proper fresh cooked food. Small camping and caravan site behind pub with excellent showers and toilets. Very clean and well presented. Definitely come back!

User

Stayed at the The Yew Tree pub Peterstow near Ross on Wye last week. The Campsite is behind the pub with brand new showers /toilets and the hardstandings have EHU hookup. Pub really welcoming and fantastic home cooked food lucky enough to stay on a Thursday Pie and Pint night. They also brew their own Cider and Perry!

User

Scrumptious cider to drink and to take home

User

Just come back from a lovely weekend at The Yew Tree Inn Campsite. The facilities are immaculate and well thought out. Lovely friendly pub, great staff and brilliant food. Live music on Friday was also very good. Great walk around 'the loop', and the alpacas were a lovely surprise on the way round at Broome Farm. Thanks to all involved. We will certainly return (and are also hoping to stay here next New Year). What a gem!

User

Have been really fortunate to have met the Broome Farm and Yew Tree team over the last few years, so much so I had my hen do here.

Was a really great to show my friends and family this wonderful team and all they created. Everyone was soooo helpful and we had an absolute ball!

Our Spanish themed Tapas evening was an absolute delight, Hilary and all I can not thank you enough. Much love and thank you xxx

User

First time to the Yew Tree. Lovely friendly bar staff and kitchen staff. Lovely cider on tap from there own cider farm. The food was spot on as well. The room was full with people eating. Great atmosphere with a roaring wood burner on a cold winter day. Well recommend!

User

Can't add anymore than has been said in other reviews. Such a friendly pub and good camping behind. First night having a couple of beer's and ciders. The ham egg and chips were great. Excellent food and drink. Proper pub so close to home.

User

Camped here for one night - reasonable rates & amazing shower block. We were there for bangers & mash night (delicious) and cider tasting (equally delicious). The staff were a) friendly and b) very knowledgeable about the ciders and perrys which are grown and produced on the doorstep. Working out when we can come back!

User

Called in for Sunday lunch. Service was a bit slow because the bar was knee deep in people. The food was gorgeous, we live in the Forest of Dean but will travel there again, nice friendly staff and old fashioned service, highly recommended.

User
