We been using Ying Wah for over 15 years and not been anywhere else. The staff are very friendly, helpful, patient and so supportive all those years. Recently my 84 years old mum traveled on her own from HK to UK because she couldn't change the date in HK to come back, Ying Wah did everything from UK and made sure the airline looked after mum. Thank you! Dennis and your wonderful team.

When there are problems, no one answers the phone, no one helps.

What happened today was disappointing and this will be the last time that me and my family will be using this company.



They being experts in their field and running a business for a very long time, I would say that you guys let me down very bad.



Before the booking of the tickets.

I told you Ying Wah, that my mother in law whose 84 years old was travelling to Portugal to visit. And held a Hong Kong passport.

Ying wah told me that I was responsible for the passport and visa of travel. Yes.....we are responsible for that. But you are responsible for the booking and knowledge for the "90 or 180 days stay". That what we pay for you for.

Which they always asks you that question and based on their knowledge and know how!!



You Issued 180 days , when 90 days only.

Had to buy the ticket again, costing ÂĢ2500.



Never again.

Going Omega travel from now on.

Went to airport, no record what so ever on the system. No one was picking up. Anyway, brought another ticket straight away and cheaper.
