SIVANANDA WORKSHOP For everyone joining me this Saturday heres a few things to bring along with you..... 🌼 Yoga mat (will have spares) 🌼 Layer your clothing 🌼 Blanket and pillow for savasana ... 🌼 Pen and paper if you want to take notes 🌼 Please eat a few hours before.(no full stomachs) We will have snacks.

Zoe's class is my favourite practice of yoga as when you leave you feel completely relaxed and stretched . How you should feel after a good practice . Lots of position options are given , having practiced yoga for a few years now Zoe's class is fantastic and one of my favourites and she is fantastic . I Recommend this class xx

Zoe is a natural born instructor, she sets a calming relax session, with inspiring music. She support and encourage participants'not to be frustrated but use that engry to keep on trying.

Zoe covered our class today at Bedworth Leisure Centre. Thankyou for a wonderful class. Normally I feel intimidated by a strong class but Zoe is so down to earth and makes everything accessible. You leave her class believing in yourself, which is something I struggle with. I am always at the back of the class in any yoga class I attend. Thankyou for a brilliant inspiring class. xxx

Such an excellent teacher! I am picky about fitness instructors. The structure of her classes always makes so much sense, she's anatomically knowledgable, and she really caters to a lot of levels, always offering a variety of progressions for each pose. Really recommend!
